The room was large, beautiful, and set up well. It was a great deal for the price I paid. I couldn’t hear the people that were staying in the neighboring rooms. The lady at the service desk was accommodating when I asked for my room to be changed to the ground floor rather than the second floor.

Great service from the night manager

The location was awesome. The staff was awesome ! They helped despite a booking.com glitch and me showing up super early in the morning. Good price too!

Really clean. Appreciated the shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. Very silent. Nice place to reach the airport

The room was nice, clean and in a nice location away from the city and quiet.

Bacouse the employee in the morning sift was very helpful and nice with me and my family I like this place because her and the room was comfortable

Super nice little hotel! Everything was as advertised, and the subway and bus lines were less than 5 minutes away. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby and a few budget options too.

Free daily hot breakfasts. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I love staying at this location.

My experience at AC Hotel was pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Great services. The entire staff was very friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay was very short, not even 12 hours, but everything was very pleasant. The airport shuttle service was quick and efficient, the room was comfortable and clean. We were very pleased that there was a good restaurant right there in the hotel.

People were so nice I felt like I was at home

From the welcoming staff to the cleanliness of the amenities and rooms

Looked and was very clean and well kept

Fantastic staff. Renovated property, good value for money.

The Kelly Wreastler design as always is impeccable and beautiful and tasteful all around in lobby, the rooms and restaurants. You can’t find a better rooftop view than Proper in SF and on weekends it’s always a cool crowd. The beds are so comfortable the shower just perfect and most of all the staff are so helpful. I had a meeting 5 minutes after I arrived and they helped me with an early check in to get to my room.

The hotel is great (despite a tiny room) everything is nice.

Great location and great breakfast

Amazingly high tech interaction. The room was a bit small for two instead I would suggest reserving the larger rooms

Great location for our family.

Stayed here because it was close to UCSF hospital, my sister had surgery and I was able to go back and forth easy. The room was clean and staff very friendly.

The customer service is excellent, in the facilities cleaning is impeccable and the view very beautiful, you can walk around the sea and the breakfast is super delicious

Staff very helpful, friendly and offered suggestions we would not have otherwise thought of.

Everything was kept clean. There was someone there every day and the staff was very sweet and helpful. The location was also perfect for transiting around the city.

Nice and clean. Beautiful roo.
