Had the most wonderful stay here for our 10th wedding anniversary. Such a beautiful spot surrounded with the most breathtaking views! The sweetest and most helpful staff we have ever encountered. The room was perfect with amazing view and we enjoyed the amazing heated pool! They had even decorated our room for our anniversary when we got back from dinner complete with rose petals on the bed a full size cake and candles. Cannot thank you all enough for everything!!

Excellent stay for 3 nights. Staff is friendly and welcoming, even though they had limited staff the service was great. Vegetarian food at the restaurant was excellent & so were the desserts (apple tart, Choco lava cake or something like that). Rooms are cute and we had the garden view on one side, lake & mountain view right outside our door. Location is fantastic, very close to the lake and the town centre. The resort is on a small hill but they do offer free buggy service to and fro from the main street. We used the spa service (head massage, foot massage, herbal bath) multiple times and that was so relaxing. They have a cute cafe outside the spa and a great outdoor seating area to enjoy your coffee. Nothing to complain about with this place, they accommodated a late checkout too. The resort is now called BB resort & spa (dont confuse with BB hotel which is a different property) but they haven't rebranded in most places yet. Taxis and locals know it as Victoria.

My friend and I had a great stay at Sapa garden retreat. The room was really cozy, clean, private and the garden was beautiful. It was about a 12 minute walk uphill from town, but easily accessible. Sáng at reception was especially helpful and spoke great English. She made our stay smooth and seamless. Would recommend for anyone looking to be close to Sapa town, but still in a relaxing, quiet space.
