AustraliaRockwater Resort is an absolute diamond find! The attention to detail in everything from the guest interactions, the room, the food and the resort itself. I spent three days in this gorgeous place, not only doing the Tanna Island top sights (Mt Yasur volcano, Blue Cave, traditional village tour and the Giant Banyan tree), but simply spending time around the resort by the pool with a book or snorkelling off the front cliffs. Silvana and John are absolutely beautiful hosts with their care and attention for the experience of your own and other guests with the island and Vanuatu as a whole.

The staff were very welcoming and courteous. The complimentary airport transfer was good and convenient. The resort was a 5 min drive from the airport too. The tours depart from the resort which made it easier. The swimming pool and snorkeling close to the resort was nice. Blue cave and Mount yasur tours which we did, were so easy to book from the resort. 2 separate bathrooms for a family was a bonus. Garden bungalow was quiet with simply furnished room. Small bathroom/ shower. Fan provided cooling option as limited breeze. One chair on the deck. Staff were very friendly. Pool was pleasant. Dinner and lunch were simple and fresh meals with the dining room having a small deck overlooking the ocean.
