My newly-husband and me loved the breakfast, it was amazing, great variety, we never skipped it. One time we took a dinner buffet and we loved it too. The placement is great, it is very close to the beach. The personnel were very helpful with everything. We came here for honeymoon and we loved it. I will definitely recommend it to other people

Probably, the best hotel experience we ever had The pools are unbelievable. The one big pool is filled with salty warm water and a separate area for jacuzzie, while the other one is with cold sweet water for brave guests :) we have tried both! The territory is huge, a lot of place to walk around and enjoy the time. The hotel territory is saturated with greenery, it literally is sinking in bushes and flowers and tall palms. Every evening there is live music and karaoke, the staff is fast and unnoticeable. Brilliant. There is even a small library in multiple languages where the guests can just borrow a book to read at the pool. We really wished we could stay longer!

The entire property was renovated a year ago, and has a lovely modern feel. It's quiet and uncrowded, and the location by the sea is wonderful. Our room was a very decent size, with huge amounts of storage and a nice seating area and terrace - very comfortable! We also had views of the sea from the room, which was an unexpected plus. The gym was great, and open 24/7, and we took part in a free yoga lesson (Wednesday mornings). We had half-board, and the food was decent quality for the price (we speak as vegetarians). The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. Really, it's a fantastic place to switch off. Costa Teguise is also a great location for exploring the whole island.

BUT we visited the hotel spa which was wonderful and really very nice ...unitil when we started to leave all my husbands belongings were taken from the locker- it just was empty, although we were almost the last very few guests there. The staff was not helpful at all and all of it was really very very strange. So it ruined our experience.

The communication with the host was excellent with quick response times. It looks like the apartment was refurbished recently and the kitchen /bathroom looked better than I can remember seeing on Booking.com. The location is excellent as well, close to the town center. Also great parking facilities (we parked the car at the carpark across the street and waited a couple of minutes before Francoise arrived with the keys to the carpark).
