The location was fantastic because we were just a bit off the plaza and it was quiet. The staff was amazing. Saray helped us track down our lost bag from the airlines, they booked reservations at restaurants for us, answered questions regarding using the metro, etc. We cannot say enough about the service and how friendly and welcoming everyone was throughout our stays.

Please note that pets are welcome at the property for an additional charge of 60 EUR per night.

The location is excellent. Exactly in the center of Madrid, you have transport and everything withing walking distance. The room is a little small but comfortable. You have lights, charger, everything. They forgot to put my pillow and when I asked they gave me one. The price is amazing too for all this. The room and bathroom were clean. Receptionists' friendly. Lockers good too.
