The Orange County Convention Center is 4 minutes' drive away. The apartment is in a good location, just a 15 minute drive to Universal Studios. We received detailed and clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The apartment is well laid out, comfortable, we found everything we needed. Great outdoor pool. There is a shopping mall nearby. We would definitely like to come back there someday.

We also really enjoyed the bellmen that took us to our room and picked us up after we checked out. They were extremely helpful!

One of the best perks is that you can enter the Universal parks one hour before regular opening time — we visited Epic Universe. The hotel offers free shuttles to the parks that run frequently, which made everything super easy. The pool is amazing — very large, with lifeguards, and a bar right there for drinks. There’s also a grab-and-go market with snacks and Starbucks coffee, plus a restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We tried several meals and they were delicious and reasonably priced. Staff at the front desk were super friendly, and many employees had a “Hablo Español” note on their name tag, which was incredibly helpful. Everything felt well-organized and welcoming — we really enjoyed our time here.

We had a family suite which is a great size with everything you need for your stay. The staff were amazing and very friendly, they made us feel so welcome and nothing was any trouble for them especially Anton who helped us with everything. I would highly recommend this hotel.
