The pool is great with all the amenities necessary. Movie nights. Music. Volleyball. Yet tou didnt feel cramed. Plenty of space. Great to have mini market and kids’ play room. Wish i could have enjoyed more!!

One of the best perks is that you can enter the Universal parks one hour before regular opening time — we visited Epic Universe. The hotel offers free shuttles to the parks that run frequently, which made everything super easy. The pool is amazing — very large, with lifeguards, and a bar right there for drinks. There’s also a grab-and-go market with snacks and Starbucks coffee, plus a restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We tried several meals and they were delicious and reasonably priced. Staff at the front desk were super friendly, and many employees had a “Hablo Español” note on their name tag, which was incredibly helpful. Everything felt well-organized and welcoming — we really enjoyed our time here.

This 4-star resort offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. Disney's Boardwalk is 11 km away and Disney's Hollywood Studios is 12 km from the resort. We spent 2 night at the Embassy Suites before moving to stay at Disney. We arrived late so reception was quiet. All the staff were super helpful. My sister dropped us off in her car so she took us to building 3 once we had checked in but reception did offer to take us and our luggage to the building on their golf cart so you do not need to walk if you are not hiring a car. We have a 1 bedroom king room which was very spacious. The bathroom was huge and the facilities in the room were excellent. The sofa bed was a double sofa bed which could easily fit a grown adult and was comfortable. The king bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the hotel had a lot of choice and there was also an omelette station if you wanted eggs to order. The pool was also very spacious with plenty of sunbeds. The kids splash park was a great addition, it is only small but ideal if you have young children. Our 3 year old spent a couple of hours there on our first morning and loved it. There are a good variety of shops and restaurants near by, you could easily walk there and it is also only 10 minutes away from Disney so a great option if you are looking for something offsite with more space. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a hotel that offers more space and a free breakfast. I really liked that the resort fee was included in our booking rather than having to pay on top at the hotel. When we checked in the member of staff on reception did advise us that the resort fee would be taken out of the deposit you need to pay on arrival. When I explained it was already included in our booking this was quickly rectified and the full deposit was returned to us when we checked out. Just make sure you are not charged twice if you have booked a rate that includes the resort fee.
