We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Yas island is an amazing place where the four entertainment is in short distance, just to note that the shuttle to go in any of the four ones is located to WB hotel ( i understand that double tree and WB are under the same management) there is a connected corridor attached both of the hotels where you can find restaurants. WB characters are available for nice memories too. Yas mall is close by but you need a car or shuttle to go there

KuwaitBreakfast option is assocaited with anothe hotel. If it is within this hotel it would have been better. Also the avaialble cafe do not have much options for vegetarian Shall be worked upon. The room rent is slightly on the higher side i feel.
The location is excellent, very near to Warner Brothers attraction. Also the water world is nearby. Nice spacious rooms, great service. Very attentive staff. Responded to all my requests promptly. Kudos to the whole team. Had a wonderful stay.

AustraliaWe had an easy access for extra care humans, and the tiling in the shower is extremely dangerous! The water does not run into the drain (would fail Australian Builders code in seconds). Would run across the bathroom to the emergency drain near toilet. EXTREME SLIPPING HAZARD. They issued an anti slip mat so no one slips up during night. But if was for someone with extra care was staying, it would be injury waiting to happen. Not a plumbing issue at all. The tiles have no fall / angle towards to main drain

CyprusWe couldn’t catch shuttle bus it during our stay. It would be helpful if the hotel provided more detailed information about the shuttle service on-site — we only found out about it through Google. Also, for those traveling with young children, please note that there is no dedicated kids’ pool.
Excellent hotel offering spacious apartments with separate rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine — perfect for families or longer stays. It’s just a 5-minute walk from Warner Bros. Park, and other theme parks are no more than 10 minutes away by taxi. There is a free shuttle bus that runs between the parks. A great option for anyone looking for comfort and convenience near the parks

We had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences. The hotel is ideally located, just a short taxi ride from all four major Yas Island parks. Our one-bedroom studio apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a kitchen, utensils, washing machine, and even an ice machine nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families looking for convenience and excellent service.
