Quite poor breakfast offer, a problem with the drain and side glass protection in the shower, poor design and workmanship creates constant flooding of the bathroom area.

Such a beautiful place..it has a unique feel and the facilities are wonderful, one great pool on the roof terrace with heavenly views, we loved relaxing here. The complex is lovely, great restaurant area and inside dining space. Super friendly staff, especially the lovely man working in the mornings in the breakfast area (sorry, but i forgot his name). They accommodated gluten free and vegan for breakfast with no problems (every day, on special request, they made us porridge on plant milk). Hugely relaxing for a few days with nothing to do except swim, sunbathe, wander and enjoy good food and wine.

Very nice hotel with good location. Especialy the view from the pool and terace was amazing, friendly staff and free botles of water every day in the apartment.

Break fast

Location is good but not in the heart of the city. However many major attractions are very close to this property. Break fast variety could be raised if possible. Hot milk was not available. Staff were very supportive especially at the reception desk.

Breakfast was disaster !!!! Amount: little ... variation: No ... cleaniness: I found cockroach in the toast basket and I informed the waiter. it was crowded but may be because of public holidays but they should know how to deal with crowds during public holidays.

They upgraded my room to one bed room apartment, Quick easy check in and check procedures, free parking, Swiming pool was nice with a great view. the appartment was new and very clean.

I liked how clean the hotel facilities were and how kind the staff were. The bed was incredibly comfortable and definitely gave us the relaxation we needed. The only downside was the location, everything we wanted to do was further towards Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina but we knew that before we came, and it was easy to get to and from the hotel via taxi. The Rayna Tour inside Aloft was very helpful in booking us on a safari and to the Burj khalifa, without any stress. If I come again, I shall definitely stay there.

I try and try to pinpoint what I didn't like but can't seem to think of one thing. Some mosquitos at the breakfast area sometimes...

The stay was exceptional. From the moment we got out of the taxi, when Mehboob the security guy outside took our bags, to when Sri, the receptionist checked us in, it was ace. That's what made us confirm the stay as we still were skeptical! The housekeeping were so on point and quick with our requests. Rooms were so spacious and clean. We were given an early check in by Sri who was very kind and friendly. So was Omar and Vidya. The breakfast was phenomenal. Naveed is a gem. Always smiling and talking. The variety was awesome. Will miss the humus and the freshest feta cheese and the masala tea. The area was always clean and spotless. It's your staff that make your hotel 5* not 4*. The lobbies always smelt heavenly to the point I contacted your supplier for the mistifier. Only that I found the unit quite expensive to purchase. The rooftop pool was lovely. The gym, though we didn't use it, was adequate and very clean. The common restrooms were always clean. The lifts were very fast. The shuttle service was on point and very helpful and the transfer back to the airport was appreciated. Your travel desk manned by Murtaza from Rayna was very helpful. Sunil, front office was always smiling and helpful. Overall, a fantastic stay. Will definitely come again if we ever come to Dubai again and more importantly will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Staff was so friendly , especially the staff in food court (Naveed) was so humble and it was really nice to meet a staff like that . I strongly recommend this Hotel whoever wants to stay here .. Everything was exceptional. The rooms and hotel was always very clean. The staff was very friendly and prompt on service when calling reception to ask for extra things. The breakfast was awesome with such a big variety of foods , omelletes , that even seemed like it was also a lunch with salads etc. Navid was always friendly and made our experience like we had him as a personal waiter. He is exceptional in customer service. The complimentary shuttle bus was also a very good service that saved some money from using any taxi's to places at and near the Dubai mall. This is definitely a place I will recommend to anybody and use again.

It was a little difficult to find the hotel

All of the staff were so accommodating and friendly - from check in to check out, booking trips and activities, amazing service every morning at breakfast - the room was beautiful, spacious and modern, breakfast had a variety of foods for different nationalities which was really good, location is great and the shuttle really helped get around to certain places. The pool area is amazing too, just didn't have time to spend there unfortunately. Overall, we were really pleased with our stay,and will definitely come back in the future.

It is a bit far from the Metro station. From the Metro station ADCB it was really difficult to catch a taxi to the hotel. We didn't have the App to order the taxi. From the hotel , the staff was really helpful to order us a taxi.

Staff was very helpful. Especially Anton and Sachin. Breakfast was really good and had a variety. Chef and the kitchen staff went an extra mile to cater for individual requirements and was very helpful. Hotel was very clean.Will recommend to all our friends who are planning to visit Dubai.
