We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaI appreciated the fact that we were able to check in two hours earlier than the time stated on the website, and also that the staff were smiling and kind. We only stayed here for one night, and we were accommodated on the 13th floor. However, there were several issues with this location: 1. From the moment we arrived, the key card system was not working, so we needed a staff member to come unlock the door for us and even press the elevator button (which was quite inconvenient when leaving the room and no staff member was nearby). 2. The floors were dirty, and the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned either. 3. We found several cockroaches in the room and I slept “terrified,” constantly thinking we’d wake up with them crawling on us during the night. 4. On the morning of our check-out, they decided to carry out pest control. Even though we had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door because we were very tired and wanted to sleep in, they kept calling the room phone insisting that we open the door. 5. There is a club on an upper floor and it was extremely difficult to fall asleep due to the noise coming into the room. 6. The bathroom smelled horrible. We had accidentally left the door open and, when we returned from our walk, the room was unbearable because of the smell. Since we were on a high floor, the windows couldn’t be opened. We tried to “air it out” using the ventilation system and returned to the room later. Always keep the bathroom door closed. 7. In our room, the power outlets were not universal and there were no adapters available at the reception, so we left for the airport the next day with our phones almost dead. The location is fairly good and the staff is very kind, but I don’t think I would stay here again.

United Arab EmiratesThe kettle wasn’t that clean so I didn’t use it. The safe wasn’t operational & no instructions on how to use it. Their windows aren’t double glazed. So sounds & outside are wasn’t blocked properly.
The location is very good to my business needs. The room was clean as expected. I got the amenities I requested. I asked for a wakeup call & when I didn’t pick up the receptionist came knocking on my door so I can catch my flight. That was really thoughtful.

Very confortable stay spent at this hotel. Very well located near restaurants and shops. The room was clean and the service team was pretty profesionnal willing to please me as they can. They gave me free late check out so I had the time to visit the Louvre Abu Dhabi museum with no rush
