after passing the main door there are 3 steps white Carrara marble .these steps are really a problem because normally going in you will recognize them but going out you you will not realize that there are steps many people fill down and personally I fell to the ground and I had a big Knee problem and the hotel management knows very well this problem and always there are security to alert the guests but unfortunately the security sometimes disappear . despite I made a complain to the duty manager ,I did not receive an apology from the hotel management but in general the hotel is excellent and my next stay will be there .

I would prefer there were more wellness alternatives at the hotel breakfast like detox juice smoothies or healthy food glutenfree rcc. I would prefer that this wellness breakfast area is also specifically seperated from the traditional breakfast since I wouldnt even wish to go near any carbs ecc. But as an alternative Aspen brassierre at the lobby area was great both with its healthy menu choices and good service remembering my choices. The Front Desk Team is clearly welcoming, in a perfectly efficient and courteous manner. My experience was with Begum who showed attitude to make my stay pleasant and gave me just specific information exactly to the point for my needs. I was amazed on her customer service attitude. Mr. Hazem Rizk had great ability and professionality on supervising a team who took care of my needs, thus being aware of all my reservation details and last minute requests I had shared during my stay. His communication was outstandingly professional, solving my stay extend in a highly impressive approach which exactly stands for a Kempinski quality. I was entirely on a business trip and due to having my mind extremely busy, I forgot my phone at the ladies room, forgot my LVMH laptop cover at Aspen. Each item was found and returned to me by pleasant attitudes of the security teams. The location being inside Mall of Emirates specifically helped my stay to be easier on any kind of needs . Room service and house keeping are excellent.

I am a regular yet no one acknowledges that. One of the days I got back and my room door was open. Nothing was taken but didn’t get a full report on why my room was open. I have a feeling it was housekeeping but nothing to date from the management.

I didn't like the strong scent, I presume it's incense in the hotel corridors and elevator.

The front door staff were exceptionally kind and polite. As a first impression, they made our stay at the hotel everything.

the sofabed quality was not very good (but this was really a very minor thing)

room was spacious, bed was comfortable, no noise from the neighbours , location was perfect for visiting dubai (and because close to the mall gave a lot of opportunity for food, shopping...) , staff was very friendly and helpful - especially the team working at the pool (the lifeguard, the bartender) and the guy from the gym (sorry for not remembering their names)

The service is not always 10/10. Once, I asked for my room to be cleaned and left a hefty tip just to come back to my room with no cleaning done. While the room was clean, the air wasn't fresh—it felt like entering a dated room. I had to open my windows a lot to have a 'clean' air, but it's possibly because of the floods.

Kempinski Mall of Emirates is a luxurious hotel. I had the Grand Deluxe room on a higher floor. It was very spacious and well designed, with clearly separated 'living room' and 'bedroom' areas. The view from the room was very nice, although it still overlooks the highway (that's just the location; there's nothing you can do about it). The staff is warm and welcoming. The concierge service is very good. Ahmed provided amazing food spots. I stayed during the huge flood, and the hotel still operated normally; that's a huge plus, as many hotels broke down. Being directly connected to the Mall of Emirates is convenient if you need anything. Overall, you will feel well taken care of during your stay and it's definitely a hotel to recommend.

The hotel had a beautiful fragrance on entrance. The room however had a musty smell, probably due to the air conditioner or vacuum machine. I called housekeeping who were quite apologetic and arrived with some air freshener which they sprayed on the curtains. Didn't do much to get rid of the musty smell, but everything else was perfectly clean.
