Great choice to stay in Dubai. Large modern room and bathroom with absolutely everything needed for a seamless stay. Beautiful window view. The hotel has a spa, pool, and gym. Personnel is always happy to help resolve the issue. I had a noisy neighbor, but after calling the reception, security was at his door within 2 minutes. Very close (walking distance) to Burj Khalifa. Overall, I am very happy with my choice of the hotel.

Beautiful apartment, spacious, 15 minutes walk to the metro station, modern furniture. Perfect location in the middle of downtown Close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall and all famous restaurants all in a walking distance. Staff very helpful, definitely will come again

Parking needs to be improved. You'll always find a spot so that is not an issue but seems like it was going through a renovation and the project was then paused.

The location is right in the middle of Dubai which is great if you want to be right next to everything. Apartment was really nice and modern.

The pool was great, but was very small and cramped given the huge outdoor space the hotel offers. We were harassed numerous times by the lifeguard and security about were our loungers were, although these were not impacting anybody staying at the hotel. Given the amount of rooms the hotel has, the pool area is very insufficient.

Easy access via taxi or walking to business bay. Our studio was very spacious and offered all the facilities you’d expect from a studio at this price range. The gym was brilliant and was once of the highlights of the stay. Ideal for long stays.

Three downsides for the property were: Extra charge for the cleaning services - we are a family of 3, visiting Dubai for 10 days, and that’s a considerable amount of time to go without cleaning. Paying an extra charge on top of what has already been paid for the room seems unreasonable. Especially when cleaning services are a given at similar establishments. No breakfast/meals options. The staff - I think the staff overall were quite nice (especially Simba who checked us in). However, there were a few times when I had to call the reception for little issues, such as the WiFi going down, and I did not find their temperament helpful or polite. Although, it’s a minor concern and understandable given the circumstances.

The property was located quite centrally which was very helpful to us as tourists in a new city! We are a family of 3, and the space in our en-suite apart hotel was impressive. The health centre facilities, including the gym and the pool were also clean, well maintained, and useful.

Professional and helpful staff. The room was very clean and well equipped. Excellent location. If you need a snack or something to drink you can get at the small café on the main floor. The outdoor pool was a nice place to relax by. Good value for money. I would highly recommend it.

When you take a shower, you need to keep the door closed or the fire alarm in the kitchen goes off. There is no ventilation in the bathroom so, not ideal. No way to manually set the air-conditioning. You freeze at night. Not enough working umbrellas/ sunbeds at the pool.

Great value for money. Good location. Friendly staff. Fast elevators. Good gym.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Massage at the spa was really good. Room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed including washing machine, fridge, stove and microwave.
