We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Very conveniently located . Spacious rooms with all required ambers provided. We arrived via taxi and found plenty of transport options right at the doorstep. The pool side was anazibg . Breakfast have good variety of options to choose from would recommend it. We are definetely going to stay here again

They are diving inside pool from everywhere and throwing water to our face ,beds,phone. Life guard couldn’t control them.it should be one swimming pool for adults (especially the one with the bar),the other one for children and family. They should find the way that everyone can enjoy the facilities not only the children.
The room size was good ,the foods and drinks was so good and fresh, the rooms and lobby are clean ,and friendly staff.

Eyad was incredibly supportive—even while on holiday, he went out of his way to assist and even offered a complimentary upgrade. Nouman was also very helpful throughout my stay.
