Finding how to check in was not intuitive, as the 'check in desk' is a small kiosk and the sign for the rooms is hidden above an awning. The AC is a bit difficult to turn on. It has door sensors (sensible) but you also need to press the on button after the sensors ping. Too many steps for tired me to remember!

The bed is on the softer side but still comfortable.

The proximity to the ferry port, it is literally infront of the port which is convenient on a super hot day. Not that saranda is a hilly town so the other hotels can be steeply uphill, this one is on the road across the port.. to steps involved. The location and the hospitality is the best thing about it. The views are also amazing.

Bathroom light had a 10 second timer. Not great if you’re trying to shave!

Perfect location for the ferry terminal (30 second walk from hotel) make sure you bring Albania Lek, as cars is not accepted for payment, if paying on arrival. Very friendly staff and nice and clean rooms

There was nothing we didn’t like- A softer pillow would have suited me better but that is just a preference not a criticism!

Spotlessly clean, coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, literally across the road from the Corfu-Sarande ferry. Perfect for first and last nights. Although it is situated on the road, no noise at all. The shower was excellent and really good lighting for tge mirror-you can actually see what you are doing! The host was extremely helpful. Cafe/bar right next door (Fredie’s) good for breakfast. Would really recommend. We booked for the first night & then booked our last night too as so convenient for the 9am ferry-

The perfect place after a very long travel day from Athens! Right by the ferry terminal, super lovely staff who gave me a free drink from their convenience store as I was clearly dehydrated haha and very comfortable beds, spacious room, nice view. I left something in the room and they kept it for me until I could pick it up almost two weeks later. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately it was quite loud throughout the night with traffic and also other guests coming in loudly in the middle of the night.

The location of the room was so close to the port so very convenient when arriving by ferry. The customer service was excellent and the owner made us feel very welcome.

The shower doesn't have door/curtain thus the water does splash out to the outside of the shower area. Also I felt that there wasn't enough hanging hooks for towels in the bathroom.

Loved the location, its exactly where I needed to be. Room newly renovated thus very clean and comfy. Room was very spacious especially because I was a solo traveller.

The only negative is that it is not possible to pay by card for the payment of the room, you must withdraw the money from the local currency. It's the only disturbing point, everything else is perfect.

It was perfect. The room was new, comfortable and clean, and with a view of the sea. The manager and his family, working in the mini-market just below are super nice and accommodating.

Fast food smell on balcony during the evening. Bathroom could be updated as the whole bathroom would get flooded when we showered. Ulternatively a mop would be great!

Great location, opposite the port and close to loads of shops restaurants and the beach. Rooms got cleaned every day which was great.
