We overpaid in cash for the amount we booked the room for. Taxi price was supposed to be settled at 12 euro but we ended up paying double

The hotel is totally different than photos, my room had no dark curtains only the light curtains, which woke me up with the sunshine, I asked the receptionist to check it out she said she will ask the owner, I waited 4 days without answer, so I asked to be moved to another room, there is no elevator, the mattresses are placed on a larger bed size, so you get injured when you pass by it because of the sticking out wood fins (see the pictures), the bathroom shower is leaking everywhere from the tap and hise in both rooms, I parked my car in the basement, but after a few hours they asked me to move it, I asked why they told me the number you parked in is not ours, although no information on which lot belongs to them in the basement or a person that is staying there, just told me put it in the hotel basement, long story short, the hotel is a disaster, I stayed for 6 days until I found a rental car instead of 14 days and left.

The location was near to city center with affordable price, Staff was nice but not able to do any help in the complains we gave.

The room was extremely dirty, blood stains on the pillow. It was smelling like cigarettes. The door was almost falling apart. They say they have a parking but it's somewhere in the basement-2 where you don't feel comfortable even to walk there. Then you have to carry your luggage all the way and pass through a bar. We couldn't stay there, it was really bad. Even if we arrived at 22:00 after 400km of driving we decided to leave and find another place. They must make some improvements of the location. Don't trust the pictures!

The reception wasn't manned in the early hours of the morning, so when our pre-ordered taxi didn't arrive on time, there was no-one around to assist us with this, as we would have hoped.

Select City Centre was a good stay. Value for money, and all the amenities needed for one night.

It was not clean AT ALL. Room was very dirty, toilet was horrible. The toilet was inside the shower! Breakfast was canned food. No coffee for the entire stay.

Nothing, the staff was trying their best and were very responsive.

The room in the hotel was really spacious and clean, including the bathroom. I didn't miss anything in terms of equipment, and the air conditioning was also quiet. At night I had a good night's sleep here. All employees and the hotel owners are very courteous, nice and helpful at all times. They helped me with every concern. The restaurant invites you to have breakfast, and it also functions as a lounge where you can relax and enjoy your coffee. The location of the hotel is ideal, you can reach the center of the city in a few minutes on foot and you don't have to rely on anything. The price-performance ratio is very reasonable. Anyone who books their room here can expect an extremely pleasant and comfortable stay.

The material of the inside of the entrance door to the room was pealing off. The bathroom was smelling. The hotel pictures were from the next door bar ! The building of the hotel is a metallic structure covered with low quality industrial panels. It's a factory !

It wasn’t very clean and the rooms look nothing like the pictures. They won’t give you towels unless you ask and they don’t do the beds when you’re out

It was in a good location, the staff were nice especially Mr Roland. It was fair for the price

All the staff were lovely and so welcoming to my partner who wasn’t Albanian and made him feel so welcome in Albania. They had breakfast included and had little cute cats that would stay around was so cute and they always greeted you when returning to your room
