We didn’t dislike anything about the property the only thing was the climb up the hill to the main road was steep and had no railing for part of it. There is also a caravan site next door. One thing was that room allocation is when you check in, we had requested 2 rooms close to each other but because of this policy we didn’t get this.

The pool, the view from our room, (full sea view) the staff were really nice, professional and friendly. The hotel was very clean. Location was good whilst not in the centre of Saranda (we preferred this) there was a good selection of restaurants close by.

This hotel was beyond amazing! I loved everything about it! We stayed here from June 9-13 and the weather was perfect to chill by the beach. It is one of the few hotels in Saranda that has a private beachfront access. Our room was very clean and well maintained every day. The breakfast buffet was tasty but could have a bit more variety. My brother also stayed here and had the terrace room was an immaculate view! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you would like to stay in Saranda in a resort style hotel. Parking is available with the hotel and downtown is only a 10 min drive. I will definitely be back!

Great location, with private beach. You have garage and outside parking in front of hotel, both are secure. Room was great, cleanliness above all. Breakfast was fresh and good every morning, however it could be more variety daily, since everyday was more or less same. Reception staff was great and welcoming. Private beach with deck chairs,private towels with clear sea and nice sunset view. Rooms and hotel were absolutely clean. Room was cleaned every day, same as pool area and garden. Pool was nice and clean, with great nature atmosphere and silence.

We had booked the Deluxe Triple Room with a Sea View. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations: - First, the room was not configured as a triple. - Second, the sea view was more lateral than a true front-facing view. - Third, the bathroom was extremely small—two people could not use it comfortably at the same time, and the door couldn’t be fully opened as it hit the WC. Overall, the space felt quite uncomfortable, especially considering the high price we paid. We were expecting a better room layout and experience.

For stays longer than 6 days, the breakfast may become a bit monotonous. Sea water is cold because of river entering nearby but you can always use it as advantage and do some cardio and swim against current.

We loved almost everything about this hotel. Cleaneless-almost all the time someone is cleaning, staff - they were helpfull and nice, location - far enought from city to avoid crowds and close to city exit for trips to Ksamil etc. , underground garage - always found a spot to park and swimming pool which contains small swimming pool for kids, about 40cm deep. Plants and flowers around hotel was enchanting, general design was fine. Always enought sunbeds at pool. The hotel was perfectly situated to offer peace and complete privacy.

1- It's not because of the hotel themselves, but the beach wasn't good, not sandy nor rocky, it was full of sharp gravels that we couldn't walk without slippers, moreover, the hotel is at a meeting point between a river and the sea, although the view is facinating, but the water was extra cold to a level that no one could swim in it, so we swam only in the pool.

1- An infinity pool next to the beach is just fantastic! 2- The breakfast was changing daily which is also wow 3- The staff are extremely kind, the girls at the check in are so nice 4- Clean, like wow! 5- Close to many things around

The pool and view is great, Sea and river just couple steps away. The personnel was very nice, polite and helpful. For next time, we would love to stay here again. The room was big enough and the balcony - that was perfect! We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Breakfast was very good, all clean and tidy, very nice accessories in the lobby. Very convenient parking lot bellow hotel. The location for us was perfect - 10 min drive to down town, 15 min drive to Ksamil. We were very happy to choose exactly this hotel, and stay in Sarande, not worth to stay in Ksamil.

The breakfast was exceptional, best location in Sarande by far with quiet beach access. The river running next to it and to the ocean was also stunning you. You are away from the busy, touristy areas in your own oasis with the best view of the city!

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel. The standout feature for me was the amazing pool overlooking the sea. Not only is it incredibly scenic, but it’s also impeccably clean with water that’s cool enough to refresh you, even on the hottest days. The views from the room are stunning, offering a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. The entire hotel is spotless, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. It’s clear the staff takes pride in maintaining high standards, as you can always spot them cleaning various areas, especially around the lobby. Breakfast on the terrace is a treat. Fresh and delicious, it’s served with a view of the pool, making it a truly enjoyable start to the day. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which is perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. I also appreciated the small touches, like free beach towels, and the check-in process was swift and hassle-free. One minor downside for me was that the music at the beach bar was a little loud at times, which detracted slightly from the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely stay here again. Overall, this hotel offers a peaceful and scenic retreat with excellent service, making it the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed the breakfast, although it was a bit repetitive, everything the same every day.

The staff were always cleaning and polishing, making everything look presentable. It was spotless all the time. The breakfast was nicely laid out and a good selection of options. The waiters were always helpful.

Overall a lovely stay, but maybe it was due for being the end of the season but the hotel had absolutely no food options for snacks, lunch,even crisps to buy etc. Whilst most hotels in the area offer that option and it makes a huge difference when you are at the beach/ pool and want to have a bite to eat. Also they didn’t have a baby cot, which seems to be an issue in Sarande but it’s super important for families. Just a couple of suggestions that would really elevate the hotel service in my opinion.

Lovely hotel, with a gorgeous pool and a great beach right in front of the property. Breakfast was very good and the sea view from the room was perfect! Above all the staff is prob their best asset, the most professional and welcoming people we came across in Albania. Special thanks to Flavio at reception, who was an absolute star and helped us with so many requests and always with a smile!

Breakfast hours. Parking too little and a bit too tight. Cleaning ladies very friendly and nice but they would clean room at weird hours.

Very tasty breakfast. Lots of option. 8-10 in the morning though which limits you quite a lot. Excellent staff. Beautiful room clean and comfy with great view and beach right upfront.

The location on the outskirts of Sarande made it feel like its own resort. The hotel benefits from a quiet stretch of beach with its own beach club (sun loungers were free to hotel guests). The staff were all super friendly!
