The breakfast at the hotel was very poor – just half an egg and a few pancakes soaked in oil. Definitely not what we expected

Too expensive for a wonderful location, an exquisite restaurant and a very friendly but too inexperienced staff: rooms with dim light, breakfast not very abundant for people (like Italians) who are used to eat sweet food (croissants, fruit yoghurt, different tastes of juice, muesli...), rooms without fridge, no shampoo, no hair dryer, no slippers... Everything was perfect for a 3*** hotel, but the price is for a 4****. I am sure they will improve and make it a super hotel, but this year the prices should have remained lower.

We have to wait for our room. Hotel’s staff was not as friendly as the staff in the restaurant. We had problems with lights - not working. For the price they offer a room, quality should be much higher.

The restaurant is pretty cool - incl. the amazing staff. However, the hotel somehow doesn’t follow the restaurant’s vibe and quality. The beach was great.

Mungesa totale e recepsionit në pritje, nuk kishte kush të na priste. Mëngjesi ishte i dobët, pa përbërës bazikë dhe jo i freskët. Dhomat nuk u pastruan ditën e dytë dhe nuk u sollën peshqirë/shampone shtesë. Nuk kishte TV funksional, as frigorifer në dhomë. Çmimet në restorant, sidomos për peshkun, ishin tepër të larta.

Dhomat ishin shumë të pastra, me shtretër të rehatshëm dhe banjo të mirëmbajtura. Plazhi ishte i shkëlqyer – i pastër, i qetë dhe me qadra e shezllone cilësore, ideal për fëmijë. Kamarierët në restorant ishin shumë të sjellshëm dhe të gatshëm të ndihmonin në çdo moment. Darka ishte e shijshme dhe shërbimi në përgjithësi në nivel të mirë.

We booked the only room available on booking, Deluxe Suite, with sea view balcony (great, we wanted exactly this kind of room). But when we came, without apology, they said this room is booked and they offered us budget room, without balcony, with view heading to parking space. If this room was the only available on booking.com, we wouldn't book at all. After my complaint, they reduced the price, but still high for this kind of room. I was getting impression that they are scamming tourists, they are offering deluxe suite which is then not available. The breakfast was very poor, with only few choices and no bread! We also had to pay with cash, although it was specified that they accept credit cards. The room has no hangers for swimwear and towels, it was very dark (one of the light didn't work) and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest one. It's OK for one night, but I wouldn't be here for more then one day.

The only thing i liked here, was location. The room we get, was not the room we booked, it was small, but ok for one night.

Staff wanted to be helpful but didn’t know much. Description way over stated the property. This is a one or two start property at best. The room “suite” I contracted was not what we got. It was a very humble 1 bedroom.

I offer to take care of the convenience of customers: * You should take care of the shelves in the bathroom and toilet paper holder. * You also need to fix the water flow in the toilet and in the sink. Everything is perfect in the shower with water. * There is a great lack of hangers for drying swimwear.

We arrived late to the hotel but the manager and the staff were all waiting for us, they prepared an excellent meal and treated us like royalty. The rooms are very chic with beach views, the entire property is absolutely beautiful.
