⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A very pleasant stay in Livadh! From the moment we arrived, everything went smoothly and the hospitality was very kind — especially front desk & bellman, the guy who took great care of the car and our luggage. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The restaurant offered excellent dishes and a cozy atmosphere for dinner. The beach in front of the hotel was clean and very peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The dinner at the sushi place was really nice and added a special touch to the experience. Our experience was very positive, and we will definitely come back!

I am a morning person, I wake up at 5:30 and I expected breakfast to start at 7 am as said during check-in. After the first two days waiting for everything to be ready around 8:00 or later I arranged my day differently. It is best to at least say it starts at 8 rather than 7 am. Valet parking was not available on check-out, I expected my car to be parked in the underground parking area, to my surprise it was left in the sun for 5 consecutive days. Gym closed at 9 pm, limited hours

Clean, luxurious, spacious, staff were friendly The view was great Valet parking (apparently only on check-in?!) Service in my opinion best in the Livadhi area Breakfast had a variety of options actually Sushi restaurant service very good, food was ok except the sushi which I was disappointed.

We had some trouble with the air conditioning in our room. It would constantly go on and off without us touching anything. We couldn't seem to figure it out even when asking the hotel staff.

The hotel felt luxurious. Our room was fantastic, the bed was comfy, the room and bathroom were spacious, and we had an amazing seaside view from our balcony with a private jacuzzi. The facilities (pool, private beach, breakfast service and restaurants) were all great. Located on Livadh beach, which is about a 10 minute drive from Himare beach, which you can only get to by private car or Taxi, but we seldom found a reason to leave the resort as it had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation on the Albanian coast. I would definitely stay again
