Despite our reservation, we were told the day of our trip that they didn't have room for us in the hotel the first night, so we were put up somewhere nearby. The team was very apologetic but it sounds like it happens a lot (booking systems don't reconcile). I'd recommend calling to confirm they do indeed have room for you! The staff did what they could to fix the situation, but it was quite disruptive to our travel and not what you'd expect for the price of this hotel! Other than that, this hotel is honestly great and was perfect for our trip once we were finally in it!

Breakfast had a good variety but hot items were not kept warm, pretty much everything is at room temperature.

The reception staff was excellent and super accommodating. The restaurant staff and service personnel were very friendly and attentive. We were very impressed! Highly recommend.

Really nice hotel, with spacious rooms and good views. Pool was very nice and great temperature. Breakfast was very good. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel has spots at the very close Dora beach club , where you only have to pay for drinks.

Brand new hotel, rooms large and very comfortable with a nice pool and free parking. Great location, close to beach and supermarket opposite. Can use the sunbeds at Dora beach club for free, don't forget a towel!

The staff working in the restaurant were quite slow and not proactive.

Lovely hotel in himare, in a quieter part of town but still only a couple mins away from one set of restaurants and a ten mins walk to the main town. having access to the beach and a pool was so worth it. Would come back and stay again the staff were also so helpful!

This is not about the hotel but our experience in Himare. Do not waste your time at the castle. We arrived at 6:30pm and immediately were screamed at by a man demanding payment to access. We had no problem paying but the way he asked was extremely aggressive and rude without us even interacting with him. It was so bad that we left without visiting the castle. If you check out google reviews others have had the same experience. Looking at pictures the castle doesn’t look worth the harassment for a man to pocket the 300.

The parking spot is only outside and in the grass, so it was not very handy to drag the suitcases out. It was not possible to use the applications on the smart TV in the room. The room gets very bright in the morning. Maybe having thicker curtains could help.

The breakfast was really amazing with lots of food choices and good coffee that we had next to the pool. The staff gave us towels to use at the pool or at the beach. The room was big and with a balcony with a pretty view.

Friendly staff who let us check in early. Nice room with sea view balcony, comfortable bed. Good breakfast options. The pool area is lovely and has comfortable sun loungers. Easy 5-10 min walk to bars and restaurants. Good free car parking, plenty of spaces.

The Sea View hotel lived up to expectations. The hotel, the staff and location were all excellent. The pool was outstanding for the kids during the stay. The shorter pool hours closing at 6pm was inconvenient but otherwise this is an excellent property. The hotel has arrangement with the beach club for free beds and umbrellas. The beach is a 5 minute walk. It is a pebbly but the water was clean and warm. The walk to the town was about 10 minutes to town or the board walk. A special thank you to the front desk supervisor, Melissa who managed changing our rooms to make everyone happy. Also the buffet breakfast was excellent and specialty coffees were also served. In fact the restaurant at the hotel, a seafood restaurant was excellent with fair prices. We ate lunch a couple of time and had one dinner there, all excellent. The servers were friendly and were very attentive taking our drinl orders at the pool and serving us at dinner. A great experience overall. I would highly recommend this hotel to others traveling to Himare.

There was a very high-pitched sound somewhere in the hotel throughout our stay- possibly coming from the lift? We're not sure but it was very annoying!

Hotel was really easy to find and in a good location near one of Himare's main beaches or a quick walk to the centre. Check-in was swift and they accommodated an early check-in very happily which is always a bonus! Rooms are a good size and well maintained- comfy bed! The pool area was really nice and the restaurant great for lunch options.

Tv didn’t work- for price of hotel this should work. They gave up trying to fix it. Balcony light didn’t work. Beach area not particularly maintained maybe because end of season? Restaurant staff don’t seem to have same level of motivation for customer service as the rest of the staff who were excellent including cleaners. Breakfast wasn’t hot and some of it not replenished.

Breakfast was ok but hot food could have been warmer. The private beach area was a bit messy and didn’t feel completed half the sun loungers packed away and beach bar not open not sure if this was because we were nearing the end of the season.

Great facilities rooms were very clean with everything you need. Pool area was really nice and never too busy. Hotel was in a great location 10 minutes walk into Himare centre. Private beach area through the hotel with free sun loungers umbrellas and towels provided.
