Everything was wonderful - the location is great for accessing all parts of the city, we loved our beautiful, spacious suite room overlooking the garden, (with an extremely comfortable bed), the daily breakfast was delicious (with excellent coffee) but what truly makes this hotel special are the staff. We left feeling that we had stayed with friends - nothing was too much, every question was answered, and under the radar restaurants and museums were recommended. Colin, Ignacio, Andy and all the behind the scenes staff could not have been more warm and welcoming, and meeting them will be one of our best memories from a great trip to Buenos Aires.

Water pressure was really weak in our bathroom and one whole day we didn’t have hot water from the shower at all. Bottled waters weren’t restocked in our mini fridge on daily basis like they had told us at check in, but if we would have remembered to mention it, I’m certain staff would have taken care of it.

Beautiful, garden estate that was tucked right into the center of Palermo neighborhood. We honestly just felt like we were guests of honor in someone’s private home. Intimate and very inviting and comfortable. Relaxed breakfast at your convenience every morning. Staff were a wealth of information about restaurants, sites to see, navigating city etc and always extremely accommodating.

We were in the front rooms and definitely could hear noise at night but it isn't anything crazy- you are in a major city after all, so you can't have a great location and expect no noise.

Our favorite part of our stay was the staff, they were phenomenal. We were traveling with my sister and BIL and we felt like we had the place to ourselves. It is a former home and it still feels like a home- albeit an upscale one- like your rich uncle's place. Location is very nice and has access to a lot of great restaurants. Breakfast is wonderful at Be Jardin.

Amazing location and really does feel like you're staying in someone's home. Lots of personal FFC memorabilia sitting around. The staff are brilliant - special mention to Colin, Ignacio and Andres (Andy) who were all on hand to help us with whatever we needed and each provided great tips for places to go and things to do.

This is such a special hotel. The staff - we met Colin and Ignacio - were truly outstanding - warm, friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a beautiful stay. The space itself is beautifully designed, warm and a delight to spend time in. The location is perfect. The beds were bliss. And the breakfast was divine. 10/10. Will return.

There are only seven rooms in the property, but I expected more for the price and expected to have English-speaking TV channels. There were no English-speaking TV channels! My room had a tiny hot water tank for the shower! I ran the hot shower for about 10 minutes, and it turned ice cold. I thought I was mistaken, but the same thing happened the next day.

It is a beautiful hotel, and the staff was very nice.

I can not think of anything. I liked it all

The breakfast was exceptional, i particularly like the very nice cutlery and plates, tea pots. there was attention to detail in everything. The staff were all absolutely exceptional and very genuine, i think they are a big part of also why my stay was so wonderful
