The room is a little too small and the bathroom is barely refurbished. The nice entrance to the hotel deceit you into thinking of a better quality for the rooms. The internet quality was also poor.

Location was very central and excellent. I recommend this hotel for tourists who want to walk along la calle Florida, go to Galleria Pacifico, close to the train station, the Obelisco and Casa Rosada. With a swimming pool, it is really a great place.

Bar and Restaurant closed (not the hotel's fault) owing to Covid; no hot water in shower early in morning; coffee service with breakfast not very satisfactory (involved long walk to collect from machine)

As there were very few guests I was upgraded to an excellent room (suite). The staff were very friendly and helpful - there were very few guests and it was like a small family hotel.

Toally overpriced. I am not sure what kind of stars they got but 5 sounds like they have stolen 3 from somewhere else. The place is in need of a big face lift. Bathroom door with chipped paint. Mold in the AC vent. Dirty carpet in the hallway. It was a huge disappointment.

The property is undergoing a major refurbishment so the pool was closed and there was a small amount of noise accompanying the work.

An old class hotel in a terrific location. The staff worked with us as flight cancellations changed our bookings.

The staff at reception took ages to check in. Hotel decor was very tired, the room was small. The noise transfer from the corridors and adjacent rooms was dreadful. Definitely not 5 star and not even 3 star. Very disappointing

The hotel is a ruin and shouldn´t be classified as luxury or good. It is dirty, depleted, run-down and offers no value for the money, Facilities are poor, mold and fungus on the walls, shower doors falling out, furniture falling apart and the list is very, very long.

Reception staff was deeply apologetic for the misery in the hotel.

Location is “iffy” especially at night. Just a few blocks walk to main 9 de Julio Avenida.

THE HOTEL NEEDS A REFURBISHING, MATTRESS VERY VERY SOFT, PLUGS DONT WORK PROPERLY, NEEDS TO BE BETTER CLEANED, WALLS, AND LAMPLIGHTS, FLOOR, FURNITURE VERY OLD AND IN NEED OF REPAIR. IT IS A PITY BECAUSE THIS HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT AND LOOKED AMAZING YEARS AND YEARS AGO AND THE LOCATION DESERVES IT TO BE BETTER AGAIN.

NOT A 5 STARS HOTEL - maybe in the 80s? Horrible horrible hotel located downtown BA. Everything was dirty and smelling horribly. The pool was not available due to the fact that the lifeguard had left for the day since it rained an hour in the morning… insane. The breakfast was also disappointing. This hotel should be one of those visited by Gordon Ramsey in “Hotel Hell”

The ONLY positive thing is the staff, very polite and embarrassed by the horrible conditions of the hotel.

Threadbare carpets in corridors. Minute bathroom (superior double room). Generally the hotel had a very tired look and feel about it, perhaps even shabby! Would I stay there again? No.

Location not well Very old hotel , the last 2 days we stayed without hot water. Infrastucture not well maintained. The Gym not so good the machines are too old, rusty and in bad situation.

Well, pretty much all! Everything is dirty, the smell is horrible! There’s no water, no slippers, just nothing in the room! I asked the stuff about good restaurants in BA, they simply answered « have no idea, google it » ! WTF? This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, it has maximum 2 stars !

It was the worst hotel I’ve been. Bad not healthy to stay because of the room smell I think it’s mold and rust.

It was so old and the room smelled bad I think bathrooms had a plumbing problem and smelled so bad. Also the air conditioning vent was full of dust and rust. I don’t think this hotel should be open to public.
