Poland- Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM, which might be a bit late for some guests. - Lack of cups/glasses, tea, and no welcome bottle of water. -The app-based system is not very convenient. -WhatsApp communication can be cumbersome. Sometimes, it’s necessary to call hotel staff directly, but this option is unavailable. -Wi-Fi: Very slow, which can be frustrating at times.
Location: Excellent, right in the city center. Walking distance to attractions and shops. Breakfast: Delicious with a wide variety of options that change daily. Plus: Air conditioning and kettle in the room.

The room was a good size. Good shower and location was good. I opted for no housekeeping as I was only staying for 3 nights. But they threw the rubbish and gave me toilet paper. I left my jacket in the cupboard after I checked out and they kept it for me to pick it up later in the evening. Good service. They even provided a kettle which is real plus.

United States1) For the first time in my travels I encounter a place where housekeeping is an additional cost. 2) although I asked to pay in pesos, they refused and stated that I should pay in dollars 3) one of the rooms had its AC broken 4) I was sent to a room that was not ready; they need to have a better reservation system 5) I was informed that one of the elevators was broken so I should either use the other elevator or the ‘FIT’ one (ie walking). Walking down 8 flights of stairs would have been OK if I wasn’t checking out with luggage :-) Furthermore, the elevator got fixed but no alert was sent.
The hotel is centrally located where most attractions are within walking distance. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable.

United KingdomYou had to pay an additional daily fee if you wanted the room cleaned. They also sent too many messages prior to and during the stay which was unnecessary and off putting, with the information not being up to date sometimes (eg telling us we needed to check out at 10am even though we’d paid for late checkout). WiFi is also quite slow and unreliable.
Room was spacious and beds were comfy. Breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly.

United StatesThere was no instructions how to use the safety box in the room. No toilet paper in the main hotel women’s restroom and faucet in the male restroom was not working at the time we were leaving after checking out.
Staffs were very nice and helpful and service was excellent. Very good location and walking distance to restaurants and some attractions.
