The location is excellent for seeing many of the places visitors want to see. The staff is wonderful. Good breakfast with lots of choices. The facility appears to have been updated recently. Comfortable king bed.

The check in wasn’t good we had to wait a long time for our room and there was a mix up and they gave us keys to the wrong room and when we opened the door there was people in the room

Breakfast was ok though it wasn’t self service. The late check out was excellent.

The property had a great location. The staff is fantastic and accommodating. The room was comfortable as well. You can enjoy and relax in the facility) I highly recommend this property to everyone. I guess I will come back again)

Everyone was very nice! The room was excellent and everything was very clean. The restaurant at street level was very good and we ate dinner two nights there. We were able to access our room early which was very welcome after an 18 hour flight!

We had some problems with the elevator. The hotel is big and sometimes it seemed that only one elevator was working so we had to wait a lot.

The staff were amazing. The breakfast incredible. We used the gym and it was enough. Bed super comfortable and the bathroom amazing.

The set-up at breakfast is strange. A red rope separates you from most bakery items and hot food. A member of staff puts your selection on your plate for you. This method for a 'buffet' was inefficient (as only one person was served at a time) and inaccurate (if you didn't speak Spanish the member of staff didn't always understand your selection). Plus standing behind the rope meant you didn't always know what the selections were. Have never seen this in any other hotel and it detracted from the otherwise enjoyable breakfast experience.

My BA accommodation fell through so I had to rebook with one days notice. The Grand Brizo was a well-priced, very well located option so I was very happy.

If I really need to pick a thing, I believe our room didn’t have the best view but I guess it comes with the room we chose.

Lovely room, great breakfast and good SPA. For us also the location was good as it close to the main places we wanted to visit.

Nothing! We loved it!

Loved everything about our stay here - we even came back on our way home. The room’s are clean, the staff are really helpful, the rooftop pool and spa are a bonus! We didn’t use the gym but it looks good - quite small but good. Breakfast is also really really good! Thanks to everyone at Hotel Grand Brizo!

Breakfast was not that great. The serving was weird with having to stand behind a rope barrier and have someone select your options. The rooftop bar one flight up could get noisy.

The room was a suite and was great. There was a balcony with a great view of the main road. Staff was very accommodating with organizing transport and so forth for my wife for her Taylor Swift concert.

Room A/C doesn't cool much, as it was beginning of the summer, sometimes the room was hotter than I liked it, even with the A/C at its maximum. The toilet is embedded to the wall an at a height is not standard, so it is not 100% comfortable unless you are a very tall person.

Breakfast is really good and has a lot of options. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Staff is very helpful and they have been in the hotel for quite some time, so they can really help you as they know their hotel. The parking garage is really secure, you will always be able to park your car inside and at any time of the day.
