The staff were very fliendly and helpful. Also, the room was clean and comfortable. the breakfast was great, as was the take away lunch pack. they dont have a much on offer for dinner but there is a nice cheese platter and good selection of wine and local beers. it was a very relaxing spot to rest after big days on the tracks!

Beautiful room (the suite) and small hotel. Breakfast was quite good with prompt service. And all the staff were great. Nice being on the edge of town. They know you are there to hike and create a really welcoming place to return to after a long hard day.

Nothing negative about the hotel . However, be aware that each time you do a trek it will cost you 45,000 Argentine pesos per person. This has to be paid by card. This we felt was very extreme . We would be happy to pay a fee but this we felt was too much . This think that this will deter travellers .

Oh, this is just a luxury hotel. Everything is clean, new. Every little detail is very well thought out. Good materials were used for finishing and excellent furniture. The girls at the reception helped to find hiking poles. And helped with other advice. It's great to come back to such a cozy hotel after hiking in the mountains.

The room was cosy and huge, and we had a nice lounge corner that faces Fitz roy! But the best thing about the accommodation was the staff! Everyone was friendly and helpful, gave us good advice on hiking route and weather. Provides lunch boxes which was a saviour during our hike! And they also managed to help us with some last minute laundry services

Wifi in the room was not good. We had to go out to the lobby to get a decent signal. Wish that the breakfast had either a coffee machine or pre-brewed coffee for guest to help themselves. It does not work well to have to ask the service person to serve you (especially if you like a 2nd or 3rd cup). The box lunch was significantly overpriced. Did not like the noise from the room upstairs (we were at the end of the first floor).

The only thing that I didn’t like was that there was no air conditioning so the rooms were stuffy and hot. Would not be a problem in cooler months but in summer was hot. We could open a window during the day.

A luxurious hotel that is not cheap but totally worth it. Beautiful room and bathroom and I had a great view of Fitz Roy. The breakfast was really delicious including some homemade yogurt. The wifi was great. And the empanada that I ordered for lunch was the best one I had during my entire Argentina trip. They have a gallery of local art in the downstairs area which is quite lovely. There can be some mild street noise at night from people cruising around in their cars so bring earplugs. Close to everything in El Chalten. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Fantastic place to stay. The hotel is lovely and clean inside, room is really comfortable, location is close to everything you'll need and we had a great view of Fitz Roy from our room. The highlight though was the staff who were all very friendly and helpful, providing restaurant recommendations, helping with a taxi to the bus station after we had done a long day of hiking and even leaving breakfast out for us before we left early one morning for a hike. I would really recommend staying here!

If I need to find something I would have appreciated something different every morning on the breakfast options

Room was very nice/clean/large. Breakfast was nice, included freshly made eggs vs big heat tray of eggs that were cooked hours ago. The staff were very helpful with which trail options we should use that didn't require an entry fee into the national park saving us approx $80 USD.
