The window blinds were not working properly. So was the shower cubicle door. The sun gets into the apartment a lot. The bed was a bit soft and worn. There was only one bottle of soap for the body, hair, and hands. The bottle of washing detergent was just water when we checked in and had to wait till Monday to request for it.

The apartment is away from the center. It was near enough to convenience stores and tram stops. It was very spacious, had a dining and sitting area, and a kitchenette. The staff was friendly and helpful. We could leave our luggage at the office when we checked out.

Spacious vintage apartments near the city center. Since we only came back for the night, there were no special needs. Noisy street on one side of the apartments. Lovely Kunsthaus courtyard and cafe next door and hop on Hoff bus stop. Helpful reception at the apartment office and the possibility to leave luggage (if arriving earlier than check-in time or departing later)

No curtain for the bathroom so the water splashes entire of the bathroom after shower. There is some dust in the sockets. The light in the kitchen does not work most of the time.

Spacious as got three bedrooms. Got dish washer. The receptionist is very nice and allows us to leave the luggage after check out time.

Although the bathroom had a ventilator, it still had an unpleasant odor and it took a while to understand the transportation means to get to the city as the closest train station was still 15-20 minutes away.

Loved the view, it also had a radio which felt nostalgic. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the river is close by.

The TV didn't work, nor was it fixed after telling the chamber maid about it. The shower door was difficult to open and close without worry of it falling off. The shower drain was backing up.

The property wasn’t clean and was very dusty. The WIFI is very very weak, we mostly relied on our cellular data. As well the kitchen cleaning towels seemed like they were used before and not clean. The hair dryer barely worked and was at the verge of breaking.

The apartment was very nice, all the necessities were included as was described. Location was not so bad, in a close proximity to the tram from where you can travel practically everywhere. Bed was exceptionally comfy and additional blankets were provided. The bathtub was amazing! Looked new.

Kunsthaus Apartments is in an excellent location, close to major attractions and public transport, making it very convenient for exploring Vienna. The apartment had a nice view, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, perfect for preparing light meals and making the stay more comfortable. I really appreciated the cleanliness, organization, and peaceful environment of the apartment. The proximity to key landmarks was a big plus.

Could have had a couple of extra things to make it easier (i.e. a (reading) lamp in the bedroom, a bottle opener in the kitchen). But these were minor things.

Check in and collection of keys was very easy. Accessibility to the upper floors via a lift was good, if that's required, though a small space in the lift (but enough). Big apartment with lovely wooden floors. Lovely location, overlooking the river to one side and the artistic funky house museum on the other. Quiet location but easy to get to places. Overall, great stay.

There was an issue with my appartament so i got upgraded to a bigger one (Top 17) the day before. The Coffee was good. The view was great. Great location, citycetre is 20-30 min walking.
