Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Parking is severely limited. There was no place in the hotel's own parking and we were directed to a public parking nearby, saying we won't need to pay. We ended up with a fine, even if we had displayed the special paper the hotel have us. It's only 25e, but I thought I'd mention it in case this is relevant for other guests.
The spa is very good, the room was large and clean, the staff friendly, no kids around.

The car park is truly dreadful. The spa is of high standard but the absence of any views makes it a disappointing space.
Couldn’t be more central, which is good, but because of this was surprised how noisy it was in our bedroom at night.

the massage area is looking a little shaggy and the staff woman i met at my first booking seemed bored or not trained to communicate well. was not matching to the idea of a nice treatment.

Not many things to complain about here. Maybe parking is a tad complicated, but worth the effort for staying in a prime location in Seefeld.
Hotel itself it's amasing, from the SPA area to the Room we have booked (we had one of the premium rooms with a hottub in the middle of the open area). Breakfast is also very nice, with plenty to choose from. We have booked with Half Board during the New Year's Eve and every dinner was amasing. Great food to choose from and the staff was very nice and welcoming. As a bonus, despite the fact that check-out on the 1st was scheduled to 11 AM, the staff at the reception kindly let us use the room till noon and on top provided access to the pool and spa area which was a very kind gesture - thanks!

Would have been lovely to have had coffee / tea making facilities in rooms

Parking away from the hotel, 5 min walk. Came in the morning at my car and someone slammed his door into my door. Dented, so that need to be fixed.
Well, everything was OK to perfect. Pool was nice too. Food was good too. Staff and I had a language barrier but we managed to get it right

we ordered a room with an air conditioning, we added money for this specific room, but the air conditioner stopped automatically after 30 minutes, it was too hot at night, and although we asked 4 times, to change it, they did nothing, just promised that soon it will be fixed. another thing is the bathroom, there is no place to put anything inside. nothing to hold on if you need to soap yourself and if you are not young it’s really dangerous.

Smokers’ smoke odors from balconies next to ours coming into our room from 7a.m. until past 10p.n. Loved the hote but will not stay here again because of their allowing smoking on the property (or their not placing smokers together in one section of property). it was literally sickening to be in our room at times and we could not sit on our balcony.

Essentially there is no lobby to sit in. The only place is the bar where you are supposed to order drinks.
The location is very central. The room is quite spacious. The variety of food, both in the breakfast and dinner, is very nice. The service is very good. The facilities at sauna are very diverse. The indoor pool is very big.

The bar area needs re- designing to incorporate a central fire pit. There should be evening Entertainment in my view.
