Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

HungaryI don't get why the Wellness area is colsing such early, but this is quite common at different Hotels also.
Everything was perfect during our stay, the staff is extremely friendly and the location is amazing even for the Summer! The room was perfectly big enough to travel with a small child.

IndiaThe stay was wonderful . We reached in evening , the staff was present to to do a smooth check in . Best part was the breakfast , we had a wide spread range of breakfast to have . Each of the room has a reserved table in the restaurant . Which made us comfortable , we had 2 kids with us , we got enough space to eat and enjoy. Also the hotel is located right in front of the seilbahn to reach of the mountain peak . The hotel provide sommer card . Our stay was wonderful , fully enjoyed it

FinlandSelf check-in system wasn't very user friendly and I spent lots of time struggling with it as it put me back to beginning several times. 150 eur deposit when entering the hotel should be mentioned when booking the hotel or on the welcome message. Room was very hot without aircon or fan, and when we left the window open because if that the noices from the carbage station were quite loud.
Location next to Schmitten cable car. Clean and spacious room. Awesome breakfast, I'm certain that there is something to please everyone's taste. Friendly service.

United KingdomThe leisure facilities were really poor. Pool freezing, Sauna out of order all week, and the smallest steam room in the world!!! Also, one tiny lift for whole hotel is not enough.

United KingdomOld room, large but sparse and furniture grubby. This is NOT a traditional Austrian, family run hotel. The hotel reception staff were mediocre. The pool was cold and crowded. No gym.
Location on the nursery slope. Ski in and out. Ski rental in hotel building. The food was excellent. The restaurant staff were exceptional.

Location is amazing perfect for our skiing holiday. The food is amazing one of the highlights of our day was to see what food we’d be served that evening could not fault it at all! The pool facilities were great and so convenient to have the locker rooms downstairs to be able to store our ski equipment.

UkraineFor a short stay, and desire to take a quick glimpse of the Zell am See, it is located quite uphill , walking back to the hotel is quite an exercise. But if you appreciate a stunning view of the valley in the morning. It is flipped to a plus.
Nice view. Quiet evenings. Very relaxing. Pleasant soft wake-up by cattle bells from far outside. Super comfy rooms and wonderful breakfast. Zell am See card was a nice addition to the pool and sauna.

United KingdomThe room is outdated, and the house keeping service needs more attention they only changed the towels and made the beds. No AC in the room, however the weather was nice so we kept the windows open. The breakfast options are very limited. The policy for making a fixed table for each guest in the breakfast is a little bit annoying, and no was on the front door to guide us to our table or told us about this thing, by coming in the middle of our meal and asking to change the table because of this policy is not a nice thing!!
Amazing location, waking up on the cows bells and water sound every morning is very soothing. Kind near to the center 6 minutes by car or 30 minutes walking. The reception staff are kind and nice

SloveniaFirst of all, be careful which type of room you choose. I just read the deluxe room, and I thought, ok , that's the best. But not, when we arrived, we found out that was a normal room for a three star hotel with outdated furniture. The name Deluxe is misleading. Carpet on the floor, mattress with a hole in the middle... Luckily it was very clean. There are also much nicer rooms available, which you can choose. After eight o'clock there are only 3 buses to the town. The hotel is on the hill, about half hour walk from the city, and it is hard to find a parking space there . Around the hotel are also only a few parking places. Even the place for disabled persons was a daily occupied with a car of some employee. When we arrived the first two days the dinner was self service, and it was quite good. Then they made a change and started to serve dinner. Because of the bad organisation we were waiting almost an hour to get the food. If there was no salad buffet, we would stay hungry. That was really disappointing. Do not go to Lichtenstein's klam, it is so crowded, and the girds are everywhere. You can not enjoy the nature. There are a lot of other nice places to go. In the city you will get the feeling that you are in some arabien town. We are not used to seeing so many fully cowered women everywhere. For me it was a little bit scary, but we didn't have any problems at all. They are just guests as everyone else.
Sommerkarte is a super possibility to go around. If you stay at that hotel, we recommend you to go around with the free buses. There are so many things included in that Sommerkarte. Ask about them at the check in. The hotel is on the hill, away from city noises, so you can sleep well. The room was very clean. Breakfast was good, with a lot of possibilities for anyone. The swimming pool was small, but super to relax, after all day walking around. Soft bathrobes and extra towels for swimming pool were available. Only few meters away, are three gondolas, and on the top of the hills around are beautiful views. You must go there.
