For an uknkown reason, un employee knocks on the door at 8AM on the departure day, to see if You emptied the room, waking you up. What the heck??

The property impressed us with exceptional cleanliness throughout our stay. Even if the hotel is a bit old and not very shiny as you would expect for a 4-star, the location was perfect for exploring Vienna, and the beds were incredibly comfortable for restful nights. The staff was friendly and professional.

AC not working well on the 5th floor.

Great location by U4 Pilgramgasse, close to naschmarkt and other restaurants. Rooms on the 4th floor better than the 5th. 5th floor seemed older Rooms and AC not good, very hot. 4th floor great working AC. Staff was nice...breakfast the same usual buffet style.

The smell of mildew/mold was a little overwhelming. The carpets in the halls were all stained and pieces of broken floorboards were piled on the windowsills throughout the hallway, making it feel like it was a construction site. The hotel lobby and restaurant looked really nice but as soon as you got off the elevator, the luxury was all gone.

The breakfast buffet looked amazing! We had to leave early in the morning and didn’t get to try it but if we stayed here again we definitely would.

Internet in the room was not stable. The connection would interrupt every 10-15 minutes, so it's not OK for having online meetings via Zoom or Google Meet. The staff was not careful enough either. On the day of departure I by chance, forgot my sleeping mask in the room. In order to find it, I would write twice to the hotel via the Booking app. I got no reply whatsoever. When in the evening I asked the receptionist, if the chambermaid could look for the mask, I had to wait for 20 minutes to no avail. The mask has not been found, although I definitely had forgotten it in the room.

The room was very clean, the future was quite comfortable, the bathroom was modern and looked nice.

Decor was a bit dated, one of the front desk staff was a bit arrogant and rude. No coffee in the room.

The internet is horrible. I made a complaint about it at the reception, and apparently the staff is aware of the issue. They offered to change our room, but said it wouldn't solve the problem.

The location of the hotel is very good, just next to the metro station. The room was clean and spacious.

The bathroom door was made out of glass and also was not closing shut, which means you could hear and see a lot going on. As with any big hotel, the hallway was very long and it took almost two minutes of walking to get to the room.

Liked the location, staff, room furnishings. Great hair dryer.

No internet coverage in our room, and sometimes was very weak and unstable, so we didnt have connection for the whole stay we mentioned this to the reception but it wasnt properly addressed it seems. The floor wasnt cleaned properly, underneath the bed were plenty of spider webs. We asked at the reception if we could weigh our bags and a girl mentioned they didnt have that facility, and strangely a day later another staff member mentioned otherwise so it was strange..

The location was great. Metro nearby. The bed, pillows were very comfy.
