Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Unfortunate that building for underground disguised entrance to hotel. Meant we had trouble locating hotel

The furniture in the hotel is a bit older. Everything what we needed was in the room. But rooms could get a small refresh of the paint or the actual furtniture in some cases.
The staff were friendly, location of the hotel is really nice. It was everything we needed for a short stay in Vienna. Will be back again. Did not use breakfast at the hotel since we wanted to eat outside.

Young Asian bar tender was snobbish in attitude and gave wrong change, in his favour , i had to request my missing € 5 !! ...So went and had our drinks in Local bars who's attention was normal..
So pretty the rooms and so quiet. Vienna is huge , so as such Central, via UBER TAXIS,which are reasonable.

During our stay, there was some street construction going on nearby. We were aware of this when we booked the room. It is important to note that the construction did not affect the cleanliness of the hotel. Unfortunately, I sent two emails to the hotel management about a pair of very simple earrings that I thought were missing, but did not receive any response. I finally found the earrings, but still - not having replied to my emails was quite disappointing and left me with an unpleasant feeling.
The room is functional and spacious. The design of the room and the hotel is more in the old style, but it is evident that there is an emphasis on cleanliness. The bed is very comfortable, and the location is convenient. You can easily reach Nash Market and the museum area by foot

Hotel is right by the railway station where extensive building works are taking place. Very noisy from early in the morning so had to keep windows shut. View from our 5th floor window was of a giant crane. There was a mini bar and a price list, but this was never stocked. It contained just one bottle of still and sparkling water the whole time we were there. Whilst room was cleaned/tidied each day, the tea/ coffee making station was never replenished which was disappointing.
Location ok as a base for traveling around the city. Lots of local places to eat and shop for food. Reception staff helpful and friendly.

The property itself is a bit outdated. It’s not bad but not what you would expect for a four star rating. Breakfast was plain.
Perfect location close to public transport making it very easy to get around Vienna. The staff was very accomodating, often going above and beyond! Big gold star to the staff!
