I had a massage, and even though I like sport strong massages, I left with a massive bruise on my leg. Pillows were too soft, but apparently you can ask for extra.

The staff at the hotel is above and beyond. Everybody is so nice and attentive. Many thanks especially to our hungarian waiter, the tall blond guy, who made both our dinners a delight. Unfortunately, we didnt get his name. Dinner was fantastic, food is excellent. Room is big, bright and clean. The spa area is amazing!

We found all the staff were friendly and helpful. This was in all the areas covered.The Spar was very clean and well maintained.The selection of food in the restaurant was varied and of a high standard. The room was spacious and ver clean.

There could be a drink service to the pool area.

Rooms are clean, with a nice view. Plenty of towel options to use. Pools are so much fun with massage options. The food variety and the taste was excellent. Late check out option is an added value too.

Housekeeping not working not properly. They are not doing their job well. Only in case you asking them strictly. They don't changed our bads. Only 1 time per week which is terrible if you pay 5* service. Thay always forget to change our bathrobe also in case was totally full of water. Housekeeping not using vacuum cleaners in the rooms. Not using mopping in bathrooms. For themselves is enough changed towels and make up beds faster way how is possible. Honestly this is all. Thay are not full feeling liquid soap for hand. Thay always forget put new coffee tablets Nespresso. After 3 days hotel write that you are reciveing bottles of water to room. We didn't reciced one.

Fantastic chef's in kitchen excellent foods. Food is really healthy and mostly organic. Spa and Wellness fantastic temperature of water in pools. Restaurant stuff was excellent and friendly. All days you have available water infusions in spa and pool area which is awesome. Peoples on reception desk are very sweet. Hotel is adults only which is really perfect for relaxing. Hotel has fantastic Austrian wine carts.

Mowing grass on Saturday morning in front of the pool is not a great idea.

- The mattress was too hard (for us) - A bit loud in the dining area - Not everywhere spot on clean like you expect it from a hotel in this price range and at some spaces you could see some signs of usage

- The food was great especially the breakfast variety - The room was spacious - the bathroom was outstanding

the shower in the room and the bed were not a 5* standard I would argue, but maybe I'm too picky at this point.

Great place to relax over a weekend, the sauna area is great, the full board is breakfast, 'light' lunch (but also with a warm main dish!) and full on dinner with some wonderful options. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Awesome that they allow an early check in and a late check out! Keep it in mind when planning a weekend there :)

Spa was not so luxurious as we expected and all spa procedures were full, so you pay 350€ per room per night in spa hotel and cannot use any spa procedures…

Cleaning team started early mornings (7.30am) in the room next to us or on the corridor. So we couldnt sleep long. Long waiting time for dinner (served plate). Evening program at the bar (e.g piano) would be nice.

Very nice hotel, also the staff at the restaurant was helpful. Quality food.
