Coffee could have been better. The breakfast start time is also at 7.30am so it’s hard to make it in time for the first ski lift. Breakfast should start earlier. There should be some complimentary water at arrival in the room.

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. You can buy ski pass directly at the hotel for the same price which is nice. Location is great, the bus stop for ski is right opposite the hotel which is very convenient. Very nice variety of things at breakfast, allocated table for every room which was great.

Hotel is great but Soll seems gentrified and frankly very quiet. Ideal for families but maybe not who will be up after 9pm!

Breakfast open a tiny bit earlier in the morning. 7 instead of 7:30. Such that we could have been in the slopes at 8, which is when the lifts open and the snow is at its best

We have enjoyed the vacation in the appartment. The appartment is very comfortable and large. The kitchen is equipped relatively good. There is the coffe machnine, toast machine, kettle and etc. The living roome is very large with balcony with beutiful view to Söll and hills. The hotel is very pleasant and friendly. We have used the dinners and grill session and it was very wonderful and excellent. There is equipment for the childrens in the hotel.

the only drawback is that my room was right next to the lift and opposite to the stairs. And it was during holiday time so lots of kids were running to downstairs for breakfast and talking so loud in the early morning and it was so noisy. although they have an extra door for my room and my neighbour room but my neighbours just somehow left the door widely open all the time. and i could hear my neighbours talking if they were standing close to their door as well.

Staff were nice. A very decent stay. free ski storage. comfy pillows. and they cleaned my room everyday as well.
