The owner was very hospitable and caring. Spotless clean room and bathroom. The washbasin is in the bedroom, which didn't make any inconvenience for us though. Wonderful village. Must try the restaurants just across the road.

We had a wonderful stay at Gästehaus Zugspitzblick! The location is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the mountains right from our room. The guesthouse is very clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect combination of traditional charm and modern comfort. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, and we loved waking up to the peaceful surroundings. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, with a good variety of options to start the day. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We would highly recommend Gästehaus Zugspitzblick to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in this beautiful region.

This was the one of the most unexpected positive surprise I have ever had! In just short distance from the German border there is a true hidden gem of a place! Picturesque village with cutest houses and beautiful nature! Felt like being in a movie! The house itself was extremely cozy and cute, with all the facilities you needed. And cleanliness! Just amazing! There was no tiniest corner left without attention! Without any hesitation we have used the bath. The lady, who hosted us was very kind and we had a very nice breakfast. So sad we stayed just for a night. Would love to get back here in the winter!

A bit surprised to find the wash basin was in the bedroom rather than in the en suite when sharing a room

Classic Alps Gästehaus. Beautiful and traditional. Super clean. Loved the wonderful lady managing the guests personally and for giving tips and frying the eggs as wishes on the breakfast.

Amazing !!! In all everything was perfect. The hotel, the breakfast, the owner ( she is the sweetest lady), pet friendly 🐶 ,location .. easy to get around and not far from all the nice places. I fell in love with Berwang ❤️🇦🇹 We definitely will come back!

No cooking possibility, if a family with small kids is staying longer than couple of days. No mini-fridge.

Awesome location with views to the Alps and mountains around Zugspitze. We had a family room with a separate 2nd-bedroom & a common-balcony. Very quiet place with lovely sceneries around. Hilly region hence you need to put in some effort to walk steep-hill-up but is surely worth the effort. Fresh air around. Very good restaurant nearby, hardly a minutes walk from the guesthouse; that is where we dined. The owner (lady) is very very friendly and outstandingly helpful. What surprised us, also similar in our indian-culture: put the shoes at the entrance (in a closed-room) as we need to walk with socks/barefoot when inside the guesthouse. Plenty of parking space around the guesthouse. A large garden available, and we could play with our Dog (Labrador) a lot.

Lovely hotel run by Seiglinde, who manages to be cheerful and charming in any language despite the fact that I spoke no German and she had little English. Sparkling clean. The breakfast was lovely and handmade, and the views around the hotel are beautiful.

Everything was perfect, I wish I could give a higher rating. Absolutely nothing to complain about. The room was super clean, smelled very nicely, and was absolutely quiet (believe me on this one, I'm a very light sleeper.) The staff was simply fantastic, breakfast was superb, and the location was absolutely breathtaking. There's a restaurant right next to the hotel - it was, as you might have guessed already, also absolutely perfect (try their beef tatare and fries, mouthwatering!) Mobile phone reception was very good. We didn't check the Internet connection though, but frankly, if you wanna watch Netflix, just stay at home. But if you're around and want to do some sightseeing or just take a break from your normal life, just come and stay here.
