Heidi and Jacob are incredibly nice and welcoming. The bedrooms are amazing and so is the hotel. Location perfect, very close to the cable car. Check out at 11am, not common around here but very helpful if you have kids. Recommended!

The hosts are very helpful and kind, and it’s clear that they really love what they do. The house is close to the centre, walking distance to lift, bob, restaurants. The view is very nice. The breakfast was plentiful. The Carinthia Card is inclusive with which you can go to lot of places for free. The house was perfect for an idillic summer family holiday.

I missed the scrambled eggs from the breakfast, otherwise everything was perfect.

Lovely guesthouse in the center of the city a few blocks from the main road. Room was clean, practical and quiet. Parking is easy next to the house. Breakfast was fine, hosts were super friendly. For dinner Dorfwirt Restaurant is a really good choice. It has moderate prices, good austrian meals with kid menu options.

The only thing I missed was a water boiler so that we could make tea for ourselves for the day on the slopes.

Very nice and friendly owner, fresh bakery products for breakfast. The house is almost opposite the slopes if you want to ski in BKK. There is a playground next to the house which is perfect for the little ones.

I love it all

I would rate this house 20 out of 10 if possible. Spotless clean, a warm welcome, perfect location (not far from anything). The hosts were super welcoming and friendly, they made our stay perfect. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food to choose from. Especially the apple strudel, which the hosts made themselves. I would really love to come back again. Highly recommended!!

Great location with a nice view of the mountains. The room we stayed at was big with a nice balcony.Beds are really comfortable as well and there was even a coffee machine in the room (with capsules and milk included). The owner Heidi was super nice and made sure we felt welcome. Breakfast is great and Heidi makes fresh coffee or tea. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Heidi was a very friendly and helpful host. Heidi saved us a lot of money by telling us about the ‘Karnten’ card. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Location was good, a few minutes walk from the mountain cable car. I love staying in this type of family run accommodation, the room was very comfortable for a good price.

The house is really close to the ski slope and ski lift. Staff is really nice and helpful and the room is clean and comfy. It was a short but a wonderful stay
