Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe church bells were a factor but we felt it was nice to be close even if they woke us up early :)
The property was exceptionally clean. Very well appointed with essentials and information guides. The location was very close to the centre (both on foot and bus connections). Communication with the hosts was excellent and we were very comfortable.

United KingdomThis was our second stay. At the time of our previous visit there was a reception office which was staffed in the mornings and we were greeted in person. This time, all was automated and we took a little time to accustom ourselves to this - but everything worked fine although there was no personal contact.
The flat is spacious and very well equipped. There is a small swimming pool in the garden too. The balcony was great to sit out to eat with views of the surrounding area. The location is great! A quiet village/suburb just outside Innsbruck with a very convenient bakery, supermarket and cafe very nearby. There is a frequent bus service to Innsbruck and beyond and the welcome card app which we received before we arrived gives free access to all public transport in the Innsbruck area, so we were able to travel easily to and from the airport and to get around during our stay.

IndiaA little challenging to identify the parking spot reserved for us as there are parking spots of neighboring apartment as well in the same area and it took as a few minutes to figure out. This would have been a good information to be provided beforehand. The beds are not comfortable. They are too soft and lacked support. I believe there was one soft mattress topper holding two single beds together and that could be the reason. No Microwave oven in the kitchen. This could be added value. Only two dishwasher pods were provided. I recommend at least provide as many as the number of days the guests stayed. Because, in our case just for one pod for the third day, we had to buy a whole pack and bring the rest with us home. After the checkout, we faced an unfortunate incident. We forgot our Airpods in the apartment and we didn't realize it until we reached home after 4 hours. We checked on "Find My" app on iPhone and it was showing the last location as the apartment. We called the landlord and he quickly went to the flat to search and also speak to the cleaning staff. He didn't find them and the staff also informed him that they didn't find any. However, the "Find My" app showed the location of Airpods changing afterwards away from the apartment which indicated that someone took those Airpods with them. Finally late in the evening the Airpods ended up at a location in Hall in Tyrol and since then they are still there. We can still see this location in our app. The landlord was very supportive and there is no wrong from them. Unless the ones who found the Airpods return them, we will never get them back. We learnt a lesson to check everything thoroughly before checkout. I would have appreciated if there was honesty in those who found our Airpods.
We stayed here as a family of 4 including 2 kids. It was easy to locate the key box at the entrance and get the key card with the instructions provided. Check-in was done earlier via their webpage that was shared. Welcome card provided was very useful. The apartment is spacious and immaculately clean. The sofa bed was made already before our arrival. Kitchen is fully equipped. The coffee machine was very helpful and it was fully stocked with coffee beans. A bottle of Prosecco was given as complimentary welcome drink. It was wonderful. Extra pillows were also provided. One fan / cooler was provided which was very helpful as it was very hot outside. We requested for one more fan and the hosts were very quick in providing the same as they had a spare. It helped us sleep well at night. There is a small bakery right across the street to get fresh breakfast. There's another bakery also 100 m away but we didn't explore that. There is MPreis 100m away and very convenient to get the groceries that you need. Location is perfect, walkable to the Altstadt, and next to the bustops with very good frequency to Nordkette, Marktplatz etc. The place is quiet. There's a church and small kids play ground just next to the apartment. The church bells didn't bother us. There is a TV in the apartment. Wifi is good. The balcony in our apartment helped us get some fresh air and gave opportunity for a sit out. As we stayed 3 nights, we got the Welcome card plus which gave us free access to all the public transportation and get some discounts on the Nordkette burgbahn and Swarovski Crystal world etc. To get the welcome card plus discount on the tickets for Swarovski Crystal world, one needs to buy them at the location and not online. And the price of the online tickets is same as those you buy at the location after the discount. Overall a nice place worthy to stay with family and we had a great time.

Everything one could need is in the apartment. The apartment was quiet and in a quiet are of the city. We liked that there was a bakery across the street and a grocery very close. We enjoyed having a coffee machine that my husband and I were used to as Americans. The walk into old town was about 5 minutes. We definitely recommend the apartment.

AustraliaNo microwave in the kitchen.
A beautiful, modern apartment in a 1925 apartment building. A lovely, spacious balcony overlooking the private garden, up to the mountains and the grand neighbouring parish church. Great inhouse laundry facility, close to public transport, restaurants and a short walk to the Innsbruck altstadt. Really good parking on-site too.

United StatesMy husband and I stayed in one of the second floor apartments that was a one bedroom for a week in April. We were able to catch the bus from the airport into town and did a short walk to the apartment from the bus stop. The apartment was perfect. It had everything you needed and was well maintained. We had a charming view of the square and church from our apartment. The owners put a lot of thought into the furnishings and the actual apartment is built with quality materials. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The towels were nice quality. The shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. There is a washing machine on the ground floor along with ski storage, a ping pong table and a foosball table. There is a garden area that you have access to along with a swimming pool (not sure when it’s available for use though since it was too cold during our stay to swim). The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the old town and there is also bus stops right outside of the apartment that will take you into the old town and up the mountain. We were able to catch the bus to go up the mountain and did some hikes. Even though the walk into the old town was 10 minutes, I would often catch the bus back if I didn’t feel like walking back up the hill to the apartment. There are several buses that will take you to the square right next to the apartment so it was nice to have that option after walking around town all day. Public transportation is free with the Welcome Card and the staff emails it to you before you arrive. The buses run quite frequently from the square both up and down the mountain so you never have to wait long. The card also gives you discounts around town. A grocery store is on the other side of the square that is a 5 minute walk and 3 bakeries/pastry shops are located across the apartment and next to the grocery store.

RomaniaThe appartment was very nice and cosy, well equipped, good sound proof. Good system for self checkin/checkout. Only one minor problem with a room key at the house entrance, but it was solved very quickly. The hosts were responsive, polite and helpful. Overall it was a very pleasent stay and we hope we will return next year.

United KingdomIf you are not an early bird, you might dislike church bells early in the morning :-)
Great location if you visit Innsbruck for both mountains and the city itself. A few minutes walk or one bus stop from the river Inn. Modern and well designed flat with a huge patio. Small play area for all visitors in the basement where you can enjoy table tennis and table football. A bottle of sparkling wine on arrival was a nice touch.:-)

Stunning large Apartment with breathtaking views. Very clean with everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Bottle of Proseco as an arrival gift.....very nice thankyou. Bedrooms large with comfy beds. Location was near perfect. About 15min walk into the old town area. The walk back is a bit uphill, but buses stop and run regularly past the Apartment, so no problems. Public transport free if you stay for 2 nights or more. Small shared pool, a nice addition after a hot day for the boys. Nice bakery and grocery store very close. South AfricaThe church bells were loud but we soon got used to them. If you are awake anyway, they help you to be aware of time, which can be useful.
A sense of luxury, from the smoothness of the crockery to the spacious design of the rooms. The location is beautiful for a short walk or bus ride up the hill to a stunning view over Innsbruck. Very convenient to have a bakery and supermarket so close, and a swimming pool and washing machine on site. The sliding bookcase over the TV was cool!
