These pods are really comfortable, location is perfect and staff was kind. They helped too much. And after your checkout you can put your backpackes or luggages to wardrobe in the hotel. It was clean enough

The space definitely misses a room or tables where you can sit down and prepare some food, work or socialize. Makes it a little impersonal, it is usually why I like hostels so much. But that’s really the only thing.

There were only 2 toilets and 2 showers for all the pods but it wasn’t very busy whilst we were there so it wasn’t an issue but could be if it were busier.

It was honestly really quiet despite obviously being a hostel but the pods were very private and cozy whilst also being cool despite it being very warm weather due to air conditioning. There was also lockers which fit our big backpacks in which was a plus and the pods had their own tvs and headphones.

I'm not sure if it was the fabric design, but the pillows looked a bit dirty. The door handle was not attached tightly, it was a bit loose so I was a bit worried that it would fall out and that would cause issues getting out.

It was pretty cozy and had the basic needs if you are just looking for a place to sleep for the night like I did.

The capsule is not lockable from the inside. You can hear everything from other capsules because the capsules are open on the end.

It was clean and the location is great. U-bahn station is near. Good airconditioning.

SAFETY:- This needs to be improved. The pods are not lockable when you are sleeping. All pods can be opened and entered by anybody within the apartment when you are inside them. There is no internal lock and you can potentially be locked in by a person who is outside of the pod! Customer service:- I tried to phone and also use the messaging service on booking.com and sent an SMS message. All were ignored. It seems once you have booked then you become invisible! Facilities:- There are only 2 toilets. One of which had no working light and was a sealed cubicle - it was unusable as it was pitch black. Cleanliness:- The shared facilties can get 'hit' by inconsiderate guests... and with cleaning only once a day. Comfort:- Only a tiny hand towel is provided.

Before my positive points, I would like to stress this negative point as it is VERY important! SAFETY:- This needs to be improved. The pods are not lockable when you are sleeping. All pods can be opened and entered by anybody within the apartment when you are inside them. There is no internal lock and you can be locked in (with no way to optn the door) by a person who is outside of the pod! Excellent set-up! The beds are very comfortable and also spacious. There is a still a hostel feel about the space but the pods have been designed well and keep out a lot of noise. The temperature was also very well regulated. I was staying in a top level pod on one of the hottest days of the year and it was cool all night and did not feel claustrophobic at all. Great value for money and a great location too.

While I had no issues with it since I'm a heavy sleeper, I can see how people might have issues sleeping since sound isolation within the pods is mostly nonexistent as all of them (from what I saw) have ventilation holes, but this also depends on how noisy the other guests are. My pod was right next to the entrance, but I heard no noise from the outside, it is a small and fairly quiet street. The towel provided is indeed small, as other people wrote, but you can make it work if you have no alternative

Great location, both the pod and the shared areas were clean. For anyone wondering about pod sizes: I'm a lanky 183cm and I had no issues with being cramped

When we arrived the sinks and toilets were a little dirty but this was cleaned the next day.

We stayed in the double bed pod, they are spacious and very comfortable with a good tv inside. The pods also ensure privacy. Also this hostel is not far from multiple shops and the market.

my bed was right near the main entrance, so you can hear not only who's entering but you can also hear whats going on on the streets, but it wasn't too loud

The pod idea is an interesting one. I like that they have privacy unlike in a hotel. The downside is that they are not sound proof. You can hear everything and everyone moving about and talking in an apartment full of 10 pods. If you are sensitive to sound when sleeping (I am), I would not recommend.

I thought it was a convenient place to stay in Vienna given its proximity to the major train stations and metro in the city. It's very easy for walking about and seeing the city.

I had issues with the getting in through the front door. I'll admit that it might've been my own fault, however I would've appreciated it if someone would've answered from the phone number the hostel gave us. Thankfully, another guest helped me. I would've also appreciated the info about the possibility to keep my luggage in the storage BEFORE the check-out time, not half an hour later.

Hostel was good walking distance from city centre and main train station. It was relatively clean, and pods were ok to sleep in.

I had difficulty with the door opening into the property with the key code and had to try at least 10 times before I gained access. Some signage to explain how some things worked e.g. light switches to the toilet would have been helpful.

Because you're sleeping in what is effectively a cupboard, the air doesn't move. I was also unable to lock my cupboard from inside.

This was the first time I've tried one of these pods. It was a very pleasant experience- but you must be prepared for basic and to be organised with your things.

I had a very good time staying there. The place was clean, no issues with check-in or check-out, lockers available even after the check-out hours which is very nice. Amazing location, I would highly recommend this place for solo travelers. What can be an issue is hearing other visitors coming back late at night and using shared space, but to me personally it wasn't an issue at all.

the pods do not really cancel the noise, though at night it was obviosuly minimal. in any case, ear plugs are provided as well to solve this!

it is an amazing option for solo travellers, especially for a short stay. it was minimalist but very functional and clean. I appreciated linen and towel were included, and the bed was confortable. bathroom and shower were clean and the self check in made it very easy. would definitely recommend!
