Our stay was amazing, we really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly. The views on the mountains were great and the wellness areas was incredible with amazing views. The food and the breakfast were also delicious and really enjoyable.

Our seat was assigned which we enjoyed. The selection of foods was very generous. the staff were attentive. The man preparing the omelets/eggs was most friendly, professional and attentive to what we wanted. we have already recommended HotelSpielmann to our friends and family!

The host Martin and his staff was very friendly and accomodating. Martin picked us up from the train station and sent us back as we could not get a car from Munich. His family hotel especially the hot pool and sauna was very relaxing and modern. The rooms were also very clean and spacious. Would def recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ehrwald for the first time. Hope to come back sometime soon again with my extended family. Congrats on the 100th year anniversary of Spielmann Hotel as well 👍

The only issue I would say is that the Hotel dining is expensive, like very premium prices (and the bill hits you first thing, at breakfast). The food was excellent but I think should be a little cheaper. The good news though is that one has the option to not have dinner at the hotel and just walk into town for pub grub.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful spaces (and lighting!), great location. Breakfast and food in general was top quality. Staff very lovely and competent. Whole building has a beautiful feel to it. A real gem of a place.

This hotel is just a gem in the Tiroler Alps! The location and atmosphere, the luxury facilities, wonderful food, and such kind people all far more than could be expected. This is truly a 'Romantiek' experience made possible by the family Spielmann.

Gorgeous hotel and grounds at the foot of the Zugspitze. Staff were exceptional - kind, friendly, helpful and always on the lookout to make sure we were having a good time. Great recommendations for enjoying the surrounding area. Meals were fabulous - great local selections.

Unfortunately the food was not at all enjoyable and the water in the shower was cold. After a long day of skiing we wanted to take a nice hot bath which was not possible. Unfortunately the bath tub was one of the reasons I booked a room there and payed more than in other hotels. The staff didn’t pay for bough attention to what was missing on the breakfast buffet (glass bowls).

The room very spartanic - cold and boring interior especially in contrast to the details around the house. Food was good but there are much better options in other similar hotel la. Service ok, not very friendly. Feels like mass production when they serve dinner in half boarding option. Too expensive for what it offers. Even for a small white non-shedding hypoallergenic dog we had to pay €35 per night. Every night!! And no, there no special service included for the dog.
