I have nothing to complain about. Room was big ,even though I was facing a busy day with mc Donald's across,once windows were closed it was fine. Housekeeping changed towels every day, tea coffee replenished.

From the moment I arrived I was met with Julie who had a pleasant welcoming smile. She took my bags for me as I had arrived early and room was not ready then she gave me a map and got me sorted for St Stephens Cathedral and the shopping streets. I had read reviews about the beds being uncomfortable so I said to Julie that I had numerous back surgeries. Lo and behold an extra bed topper was put on my bed with extra pillows. There was tea and coffee in room. Next for evening shift comes Kim. Again nothing too much for her ,I had misplaced my charger for Austria and my phone was dying. Lo and behold Kim got me one. I had gotten wet on the Fri as it really rained so I was cold and again extra bedding given. There were gentlemen at reception too but i wasn't dealing with them but they were very pleasant as you came and went. As for the restaurant downstairs ,only fantastic, All in all a wonderful experience,very central.

The location was great, in the heart of the city, walking distance to almost every attraction. The rooms were spacious and most importantly very very clean. And the last but not the least, very welcoming and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Bedding very low quality. Pillow was so soft you could feel your hand through the pillow and the bed was much harder than usual. I travel frequently in Europe and have never had this issue even in lower star hotels, certainly didn’t expect this from a 4 star hotel. I did raise this with reception and was given a second pillow identical to first which did not help. Was told that no other firmer pillow was available so had to go out and buy a cheap pillow so as not to ruin my stay! Lady at reception seemed quite unconcerned. Also disappointing is that I see from other reviews that a mattress topper was available, I was not offered this by either reception or housekeeping who could see that I was sleeping on the spare duvet. A pity as this is an excellent hotel in all other respects - I hope they invest in some better pillows or at least keep a few on hand for guests that need a firm pillow.

Amazing central location on Stephansplatz, easy walking distance to many attractions and few metres from metro. Room was very spacious (even by non European standards) and included a minibar and amenities.

The mini fridge didn’t work even after it was repaired.

Appreciate a bit for flaxabikity with the morning breakfast opening hours, opens at 7 am sharp.. And not a second before, even for a coffee and bread if u leave 10 min before for your flight...

*Room was very hot (in april) and AC was not of much help * The lack of a coffee table was embarrassing. Fortunately the hotel staff was very kind in providing us with a sort of coffee table.

Beds were twin size together and kind of uncomfortable. I was expecting more from the hotel regarding the comfort of the room.

Air Conditioner was off. when asked staff stated temperature difference was too low to turn on... (4-11 degrees c ) it went to 20c that day... the only issue for Hotel

Great location with ease of access to Trams & U-bahn. Walking distance to some of the sights. plenty of nearby shops, restaurants and Cafes. Billa supermarket & McDonalds across road. Be prepared for Church Bells ringing at various stages during day.

One evening we asked for a recommendation for a restaurant, and the receptionist gave us Zum weißen Rauchfangkehrert. The food was average and overpriced.

Most of the staff were friendly and efficient. The location could not be better!, right next to St Stephen's square. The room is large, and the bathroom is comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a large choice. The coffee was good.

Frosty welcome at Check-in. Single room looked much much better in the photos than in reality.

Great location! Bang in the middle. Staff! Started off badly due to a very frosty welcome at check-in but gradually warmed up as the days passed! Daniel the torch bearer. Clean room. Neat tidy comfortable and superb housekeeping.
