Parking in front of the hotel. Staff very friendly. Rooms cozy, comfortable and quiet. Not many guests and even more quiet than usual. Due to the pandemic, no usual buffet breakfast. Still, good variety of food. Cold meat, cheese, jam and rolls/bread were brought to the table. The lobby bar closed in the evenings; due to current situation. Will definitely come again.

Not soundproofed, was loud on morning when the stuff cleaned the rooms.

Distance to the city and major shopping and activity centres. Bus stops were across the street, though, so this was minor. It may even be a plus if you count the quiet neighbourhood. WiFi signal was weak in my room. The speed was great, but there was only 1 bar of signal, on phone and laptop.

Newly refurbished. Beautiful interior, very welcoming antrum. Quiet at night, no noises from street. Great views of mountains. Classy decor. Decent floor space. Good functioning A/C. Staff were all very friendly, helpful, and competent, from the front desk to the kitchen to the cleaning. Breakfast buffet was generous with variety and quality. Good access to the nearby lake park, and the river.

There are no any other TV channels than those on German language. Netflix would fix that :) And the room was not cleaned properly.

The staff was friendly, the bed is really comfortable.

The only thing I was not surprised by the preparation of the bar for a full hotel. No drink menu, poor offer, staff didn't know what he had, what he didn't have. Warm alcohol. The older barmann did not feel that he enjoyed the work, apparently the lack of staff for a full hotel and a full bar:-(

I would have preferred to have good Television connection. It was very annoying. Television facility is not good at all.

Breakfast was super, it would have been nicer to place some boiled eggs as well. Bed and size of room is great. Location is good. Good connection of public transportation. It takes about 20 minutes ride to city center of Salzburg. Overall very good.

Everything was great. The staff were super nice and helpful. Attila and Tamara went above and beyond to solve every problem we had, and made sure we will be assured and relaxed. The hotel was beautiful and comfortable and we had everything we needed. We had easy access to the high way and 10 min drive to the center. Recommend this place for everyone.

Cool location, close to motorway. Free parking. Next to hotel is the bus stop which goes to city center. Breakfast was delicious.

Location and functionality. Free parking for hotel guests. Easy access from the Highway. Very quiet and has AC in all guest rooms. With the climatic changes even in Austria, having an guest room with AC isn’t luxury it’s simply a necessity

I don't think it meets the comfort level of a 4-star hotel. Nothing exceptional about the hotel or rooms, the bar was closed and the bed was terribly soft to the point of discomfort. It lacked the bellboy service, bathroom amenities and drinks available in the room minibar.

The staff was nice, the breakfast bar had plenty to choose from, the parking was free even though it was not directly in front of the hotel.

The location is not great for exploring Salzburg but it is not a large city.

Perfect for an overnight stay during the long car trip. Easy accessible from the highway and very comfortable. Free parking.
