I had an emergency booking at midnight but the hotel has gone above and beyond to ensure we got 3 beds and a good night's sleep with my family.

Very small room, basic amenities usually expected in hotels were missing, such as cotton swabs, shower caps, and other small comfort items.

Quite a decent accommodation option. The breakfasts were excellent. I was given a top-floor attic room, which affected both the coziness and the size of the room. To put it mildly, the room was very small — probably too small to be comfortable for a longer stay. Apart from that, there were no complaints. Pros: Excellent breakfast, location right next to the metro station

AC control is not intuitive, it took some time to disbale the fan, despite the fact there was an instruction. Ceil is made of raw concrete without any cover Parking costs additional 18 euros and parking machine was broken

The double room with two single beds was really small for two people. We couldn't open our bags and closet was tiny. If you are going there just for sleep as we did that's fine.

As everyone mentioned the Hotel it's next to metro line that is very convenient. Breakfast was very nice and room was clean. Beds were great too.

Really great hotel - nearly subway, and tram stop. There are a lot of cheap restaurants and cafes, we loved them because we were with our kid and it was very important to quickly find the food :) the room was very great and big for reasonable prices (for Vienne of course:))) . I also tried the tap water here - it was really clean and tasty!) we could drink it through the tap :) also, there is a free coffee available on each floor, coffee was nice. to sum up, the hotel is really nice, strongly recommend it.

Some furniture would need a facelift, but it does not impact your rest after a long day's walk in the city.

It's a relaxed, clean and simple hotel, designed for your city break or overnight stay. You cannot beat the location: we were there for the Xmas lights, we could reach literally any Xmas market and major site within 20 minutes. Tram line 71 and U3 metro takes you anywhere. The rooms are carefully cleaned, bed clothes are spotless, you have a coffee machine and a kettle next to your bed. Within 30 meters from the hotel entrance, there is a bakery, a Lidl food store, Pharmacy, other stores. USEFUL INFO: Parking is tricky. Only 1 parking place for luggage drop off, no chance to find it free. The hotel is connected to a parking garage at the underground level however. Head to the back of the building, BOE Parking, Rinnböckstraße 56-58. The hotel has a drop off zone immediately next to hotel elevator on floor -1. A drop off will cost you €2.5. For a longer stay, the hotel reception will give you discount coupon, with that the parking costs 18€/24 hours. For longer stays, WIPARK Enkplatz is cheaper, few hundred meters away.

The shower water pressure was merely adequate: fine for getting clean, but not for the sort of luxurious shower experience you always hope for in a hotel stay.

The location is the star here - being right next to a U3 metro line station and a tram line 71 stop, heading into the heart of Vienna is a breeze. And with two supermarkets and a bakery next door, you can pick up any odds and ends.

Checkin at arrival was super easy, there is a person at arrival for late arrival. Location is great in Vienna city center. And staff is friendly.

Although we only stayed there for one night: -> The bed was very comfortable and large. -> The room had all the basic necessities. -> Spacious, neatly furnished, and clean. -> Very helpful staff. -> Close to the metro and train stations, as well as various restaurants and shops. -> An excellent option for anyone who needs a quick transfer to the airport in the morning (7 minutes on foot to the train, which reaches the airport in about 20 minutes)
