Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

RomaniaI don't understand why we have to wait in cold on the corridor in front of the Loft Sauna until it gets ventilated, when we could just wait inside with the windows open. Also an aufguss there would be much appreciated. At least an automatic one. The panorama room has no view but just a garden view. Also the window in the bathroom could not be opened.
Nice options for sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi and swimming. My room (panorama) had no carpet - which was great). The restaurant is very nice, lots of food options for dinner and breakfast, elegant atmosphere and very respectful and friendly waiters. I keep coming back to this therme also because it has a good train connection. Only 10 min to walk or you can call the reception and ask for a free shuttle.

AustriaMassage experience.
Everything was very good except the massage experience. Very plain & simple even for 50 min. A bit pricey for that kind. But it wasn't totally bad either. Just that, we didn't feel anything improved after. Not relaxed, not refreshed. Nothing 😏.

South AfricaWe cannot fault the facilies. We did think the drinks (beer, wine, coffee) were quite expensive.
Excellent facilities. We liked the saunas and steam rooms. The food was good - we had half board.

AustriaA bit pricey.
Everything was perfect. We’ve been to different spas around Austria and this experience has been the best so far. We accepted a room upgrade (to panorama view) so it was very comfortable. Meals were excellent - loads of variety at the breakfast buffet; evening choices were delicious. Water temperature at all pools was good and relaxing. Hotel pool was nice. Friendly staff. We gratefully accepted the hotel shuttle to the train station. Very relaxing atmosphere all round.

Netherlands? Perhaps the only small thing I didn't find practical was the solid tap on the sink in the bathroom. It's always in your face while shaving or brushing your teeth as it can not be rotated away. Apart from this small thing I had a perfect stay.
The staff is always super helpful and friendly. My stay was super relaxed and especially the Monday and Tuesday were very quiet days. And of course the restaurant is always a delight. A very good and fresh selection of various foods.

Our room was cozy, modern and spacious. The food was tasty, various and fancy. The location is pet friendly and for the small fee you pay you get dog blankets, treats and bowls and we appreciate that. Went there for my brithday and got a nice gift from the staff. Staff is friendly. You get what the place promises : relaxation! They offer lots of amenities, lots of indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, sport activities. Thomas the Yoga instructor is a very nice guy!

United KingdomNo coffee making facilities in the rooms, faulty AC in one of our rooms. At the check Out I was “by accident” charged extra £850! When I pointed out that I have already paid in full staff then took an hour to investigate and agree. Not ideal with young kids waiting. Prices were a bit high. Half board dinners were somewhat not usual for children’s pallets. No lifeguard by the pools most of the day. One of the jets in our bathroom didn’t work. Mattresses on the double beds were sloping and very uncomfortable.
Very Lovely and friendly Staff. Reasonable selection of foods in buffet breakfasts. After finding a dead fly in my meal I was offered a new meal And complimentary Prosecco by a waiter who was amazing in speaking English Czech and German and very accommodating to my kids.

AustriaStuff are mostly foreigners from neighboring country and they totally don’t care. They forgot to allow us to enter Spa we had to walk back to reception to get the access in swimwear. Secondly in hotel pool they put shabby slippery ground sign and my partner fell entering the pool getting blue marks and still suffering from the fell. There is visibly less workers cleaning General pool area ( it is our 4th stay last 10 years) hair and dirt are floating in the pool cocktails served into pool for some reason in glass. Finally bathtub in the room is very hard to step in and out rimm is too wide with pieces of ceramics. My feelings are mixed but still there is a big chance for improvement.
It is quiet and nice buffet food

United StatesRude and condescending staff who either does not speak English or pretends not to. The whole Laa Therme consists of few building with access to the hotel building poorly marked and difficult to find. They charge 15 euros for room service. There nothing else of any interest in that town.

AustriaWe often go to Thermal Spas and in comparison to other Hotels, this one was quite expensive given the „silent spa“ was to be booked extra. One thing we noticed is that the staff was incredibly unfriendly and very impatient. The receptionist would only give short and impolite answers. No one helped us with suitcases nor bookings. We were given wrong information for small things that needed a change and during our stay no one ever asked whether we needed something. Only the staff at breakfast wished us a good day and were helpful. The food at dinner was good (definitely not bad) but not worth the money. The portions are tiny and the pasta was not even cooked through - unfortunately.
The facility was very clean, the sauna area was spacious and the rooms were super nice! The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding.
