Water pressure in the shower was weak. I think for a hotel with virtually no staff and totally online/self check in/out process, the price was a little high. I liked that the bathroom and toilet were separate, but there was no running water except for flushing and that may make things difficult for some people. The doors of these two rooms kept clashing to each other

Tastefully decorated. There were free coffee and drinks which we really appreciated. Check in/ out was very smooth. Curtains were great-nice blackout. Our room was on the top floor with a great view.

Great sized room. It is a serviced apartment so no staff onsite so please do not just arrive without getting all booking details first. All information to book in was well communicated to us. Very clean and easy walk to train station and to Salzburg old town.

The teaspoons in the drawer were not quite clean. Also, the washbasin looked like it could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Very easy check-in and check-out. Very good location- walkable distance to the center and with a bus stop across the street. Clean room. Super comfortable bed and pillow and silent air conditioner.

Amazing apartment. Great location. The bed is comfy and the shower is really good! Lots of nice touches and a very high standard finish throughout. The balcony catches the sun for enjoying an afternoon drink.

For being a single room, the price was a little bit too high for me (taking into account I stay at a hotel a minimum of once a month) however despite this I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is as cute as the photos make it up to be. Conveniently located near the old town and lots of beautiful places to visit (as well as a few wonderful cafes), Numa had everything I was looking for. The decor is flawless, the check-in/out is easy and convenient and it has lockers where you can store your luggage if you want to wander around before check-in is available or after you have checked-out.

A specific recycling bin and more storage space for pre and post checkin and out. That would add tons of flexibility.

The customer service team was very switched on and responsive. Facilities in the room were lovely, with luxury extra touches. The surrounding environment calm, easy walking distance of restaurants and cafes (including my preference of vegan) and close to some key sightseeing attractions. The adjoined bar and restaurant, Kombu, was cool, though breakfast choices limited.
