Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Pretty far from Tulln (approx. 4-5 km). We were lucky it was not very hot, as there is no shade around the hotel and no air conditioning inside the rooms.
Free parking, even for bicycles. There is a gas station right next to it where you can buy snacks and drinks. Fair breakfast.

The building is just a large concrete box without any character just off a roundabout a few kilometres from town

At middle of breakfast time some products were gone and were not refilled.
Had a place where to store and charge our e-bikes.

There were not enough towels in the bathroom. For two people, 2 very small towels were provided. The hotel is a bit expensive for the poor furnishings in the rooms. There was no fridge, no kettle for hot water and coffee or tea. And there was no wifi.
On the other hand, the hotel is quiet, peaceful, in a nice location with a large parking lot, smiling staff. The sheets were clean, the bathroom and toilet too.

Due to its location, the hotel is designed for motorized tourists who want to stop for a night or a short stay. For us, it was an ideal location and situation.
First of all, a big thank you to the lady at the reception, because we were cycling along the Danube and our arrival at the hotel was delayed due to rain, but the lady at the reception waited for us so we could arrive and check in. Thank you very much. The hotel was a few kilometers from the city, but close to a road junction. Simple but nice facilities, clean room. Simple but tasty breakfast.

Temperature was okay and there was a fan but the room still got quite hot.
A clean hotel with very nice staff and a good breakfast. Location was good for us as we needed a stop over en route to our destination. A good stop over hotel with a dog.

Location is out of town (40 min walk), pretty much in the field; it is quite difficult to find a taxi. It was a hot night and the fan the room was equipped with did not make much of a difference. Make sure you have an anti-mosquito device in summer time, the hotel is in the field, plenty of insects.
Friendly staff; nice breakfast. Burger king is next door (for "emergency" situations 😊). Bike garage

Need real AC
All was ok and even good considering it was cool weather! In summer I could not imagine how to be without a real AC - but all in all We enjoyed our stay - thank you

Room does not have air-conditioning. That is horrible during the hot weather. Pillow is absolutely unconformable.

Air condition is really missing in the summer. The rooms were really hot, so there was problem to sleep and have a talk overall.

The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. You can barely find places to eat, especially at the weekend. The room is very basic, even not possible to make tea or coffee. We got the room on the last floor, it was hot. No AC.

Little bit noisy. Location is far from the centre. No screen on the windows. Troubles with toilet on the ground floor.

The erea is industrial. Close to shopping center
The hotel was very nice. We asked and got a room with a window to the fields on the back. There was a small place to sit on the back outside. The lady in the reception was nice. Big supermarket near by, ice cream also

In one of the three rooms was very hot.

please pay attention that it’s not that close to the center area and maybe you will have to walk along the road. not great for pedestrians
Everything is new and clean, bringing the nice wine for the traveler. friendly staff helped to order a taxi as Uber could not help. Breakfast for the extra cost was okay

It is located outside the city, near a gas station. It really feels like in the middle of nowhere.
