Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Hong KongThe pillows are a bit too soft to my own liking. It would be nice if there’s a stove hood.🤣
The room is clean. And we love the view from the room. There are two supermarkets nearby and a cafe just next to the apartment. Even though the location is a bit far from city centre, bus station is nearby. It takes about 20-25 minutes to city centre. Owner is very attentive! We enjoyed our stay so much with Kaiser apartment!🥰

United KingdomNot much. One (massive) thing: there should be a note on how to bring the window shutters down. Didn't realize how to do that until the day before I left. Was moving the darker curtains around. Also, there's a key for the trash place, but no direction to where the trash room is.
How clean and calm it was. The shower was awesome- the bathroom entirely, was great! The washing machine was clean and actually usable. Loved that getting to the centre wasn't a chore, the bus station was off to the side. Aldi ( or is it Lidl) a few bus rides away.

United States of AmericaThe temperature was very warm while we were in Graz and a fan of some kind, or air conditioner would have been great. Also, we could have used a microwave oven.
This apartment was in a quiet location and an easy distance from a large shopping center. The room was complete with everything we needed for our stay. The washer was a great bonus as we had been traveling for several weeks. The information provided to enter and park our car was easy to follow and convenient.

United KingdomCorridor leading to the apartment extremely hot and we couldn’t get down to the garage in the lift but neither was a problem for us.
Fantastic gigantic apartment which had everything we could have asked for plus a rather nice bottle of wine waiting in the fridge. Entrance & underground parking with lift up to fifth floor where this apartment was situated easy. Air conditioned & views in all directions & nice outside balcony with hottub & great views. Taxi ride into Graz old town cost c 16 euros which was not an unexpected price.

ChinaI would suggest that management can prepare some suggestions for food/communte in advance with a map, though we figure out all these after 2day, it would be great that we can have that info in advance. And I see swimming pool in booking, there is no swimming poor in my room, I don't know where is it
The room is spacious for family and it is very clean. There is small super market Billa downstairs and a bakery/coffee next building, a Chinese restaurant at 2-min walking and asmall big super makbi about same position, direct bus to Jakominiplaz city center bus inter-change, I would say it is very good for longer stay with local day-pass.

SloveniaWe have stayed in the Suite Junior in the Kaiser apartments - Wohnpark Graz-Gösting for four weeks during July. Our stay at the Suite Junior was excelent. The Suite was realy nice, clean and had a beautiful view on the woods and the Schlossberg hill. The bed was really comfortable. The Suite had everything for a long stay. We had a washing machine, a clothes rack for drying, so everything could be dried nicely on the balcony in the fresh air. If the weather is bad outside, it can be dried in the apartment because it has a lot of space. We had air conditioning in the living room and air conditioning in the bedroom, we didn't use it much, but it was useful during very hot days. They left us an excellent Muscat wine. We had a smart tv so we could connect to our private Netflix account and enjoy. We had a dishwasher, with lots of washing tablets that they left for us, they also left us laundry capsules. We had a coffee machine, we also got coffee capsules, tea, coffee creamer, sugar and other things. There are enough dishes for cooking and eating food. We could dispose of garbage in the designated area at the entrance to the building, and there were separate containers available for plastic, paper, organic waste, tin waste, which was great. Aslo the building complex is really quiet and beautifully decorated with lots of greenery. There is an excelent cofee and pastries shop in the complex and a big Bila where we could get all our groceries. The best thing was that there is a parking garage under the whole complex so if it rains you go to the Bila through the garage and do not need an umbrella. We parked our car in the garage which was really nice. The bus station was one minute from the building complex and you can get to the Center of Graz in max 15 min. For us it was much better to stay little bit out of the Center because it is quiet in the Suite there are no cars or loud people as in the center of Graz.

United States of AmericaStretching our minds to think of anything. Perhaps something to clean the floor and extra paper towels would be convenient to have.
Loved everything! Espresso in the apartment, fresh buns and bread at Martin Auer bakery just downstairs. Grocery store also right there, as well as a bus stop connecting to downtown. Full kitchen with everything you need, including a dishwasher. Washing machine with laundry pods, iron, and drying rack in the bathroom. Perfect!

There is a cafe close and was handy. There is a kitchen in the unit that had everything. It's obviously someone's unit they hire out while they are away??

RomaniaTo go Graz center you need a car or to take bus that pass near by. Maybe a microwave would help.
The apartment we stayed in was located on the 1st floor in the building that has Billa market on the ground floor. Check-in took place without physical contact, I received all the details before arriving at the location, everything was very clear and intuitive. The apartment is spacious, well compartmentalized, equipped with everything you need (washing machine, dryer, detergent capsules were also available, fully equipped kitchen with crockery). The garden is spacious and very well maintained and, everywhere, very very clean.

It is a very clean, new brand, and comfortable place, with an amazing view. You can easily reach the city center by bus (number 40) in a few minutes. Billa supermarket is two minutes far on foot and Interspar and many other shops are at 5 min distance by walk. I absolutely recommend Wohnpark. I should add that the company's staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They perfectly speak English.

The apartment is exceptionally spacious and very nicely furnished. Communications with the host were very easy and they always responded quickly. Clearly the whirlpool and the sauna on the huge balcony are absolutely stunning. Everything has been very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped.
