Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Walking into the room, there was 1 old towel on the bed and pillows were very ordinary. The owners need to responsibility for making sure their guests have what should be in tge rooms and maintenance definitely needs to be done.
Lovely young man at check in. So helpful, anything I needed he got for me.

Where do I start? Look like cum stains on the quilt. Bathroom dirty. Cleanliness of the whole unit was pretty average. Remote control to the TV didn't even work. Went to front desk but noone there.
Not much. There really isn't much to say about this place that's appealing except maybe the price but you get what you pay for I guess.

The place looked tired and in much need of maintenance and repairs. My apartment was spacious but was very run down. Some curtains broken, door off wardrobe, mirror in bathroom had eroded-better to have removed it. Wall and doors badly marked and needed painting . Very little crockery/cutlery ie one drinking glass, one broken kitchen knife. It didn’t feel clean and yet it had been- just hard to see pasts the disrepair.
Was only there for one next get stop over but nice to be walking distance from coast The bed I slept in was comfortable.

Towels could do with an upgrade. Blinds in upstairs bedroom were broken and missing bits. They did not block light from street lamps out at all and because they couldn't close the room was filled with light from early morning. No sleep in!
Great location. Room and bedding was very clean. Check in staff was really friendly and helpful

For me the most important was that there was a cigarette smoke smell in the apartment that will make that i will not stay there again. The towels can definitely be replaced

The room we were in had only a few vertical blinds in place, no privacy in the bottom bedroom. Room needs maintenance on doors to bathroom & downstairs bedroom, no toilet paper holder. Cutlery needs to be sorted to suit the number of guests
The staff were very helpful as bulb in ceiling light blown, replaced it immediately & bought a sheet to cover the bedroom window.

Room was dated and first impression was seeing entry the door with a large amount of paint peeling and looking like it needed a lot of TLC.
Location of the room was near the rear of the property and away from most other occupants. AC worked well for a small unit.

Linen on beds were old. Main bedsheets had small holes in them. Only 1 pillow per person and pretty flat. No towels for showers in the morning, only a floor mat provided. Holes in doors to bedroom and bathroom like they had been punched. Pretty dissapointed.
Easy access off highway. Staff helpful with late check in. Room was clean and tidy.

Curtains missing, 3 knives and forks when the family cabin is for 4+ people. Standard kitchen items all miss matched and not enough, 2 cups 6 plates, 2 spoons. Dripping tap all night. No mattress cover, sheet so thin you can see the mattress through the sheets. TV didn’t work.

Room was not clean, bathroom smelt of mold and urine, gum stuck to our door frame and door, crumbs in bedding. states unit is self contained yet we had no frypan, tongs, spatula, limited plates/cups. no dishcloth, when I asked I was given extra tea towels. Tv upstairs didn't work at all, one downstairs showed half a screen they came to fix by hitting the tv. Could be great if maintained or given a facelift

Definitely paid a premium rate for lowest quality. If it were cheaper I would be satisfied with the standards. Also so glad we brought our own blanket and pillows, not too sure when anything had been washed or cleaned. Shower curtain was disgusting and bathrooms need a good bleaching.

some venetian blinds fell. curtains, sofa are obviously dirty. but the beds are clean
there are 3 beds and one soft bed on the ground floor , 2 beds on 1st floor and the dinning area is big enough for a big group.
