The rooms were a little dated, but this is reflected in the pricing. Still great value for money.

The room, although a little dated, was large, everything you required. The availability of kitchen facilities was a bonus, meaning you could make your own breakfast, or meal, with all the cooking equipment you need, keeping costs down when travelling for a period. Close to central markets and Chinatown.

Having to ask for teabags because the supplies in the room were rationed. The reception closes when they feel like it.

It all reads outdated - which is fine if you're not spending much time in the hotel. It could have been a little cleaner both in the room and around, and it could have been quieter.

Really good value, especially if you plan to spend little time in your room. Easy walk around the main CBD and to the greenery surrounding (though at night if you are a solo female traveler, recommend ubering back in case). Facilities function well, the toiletries smelled lovely, and the bed was comfy. The room was plenty big.

Check in closed at 6pm instead of the advertised 8pm. Nearly missed time.

Check in was easy. Rooms were large and comfortable. Access has improved with auto card reader on entrance.

Great location in the city. Large room with all facilities needed and comfy beds. Great value for money! Having a kitchen is a plus and I loved that it's also a pet friendly hotel!

Shower head is not great. Room was a bit dusty . A bit far from town but within the scooter zone

No manned reception overnight. Can't open windows. Have to ask to have your room serviced and things like milk and tea/coffee replenished

They have kitchens on two floors. Generous toiletries. Parking out the front, but watch the time. The rooms are comfortable. We are repeat visitors

Shower very small, and not much space to put your things. Air con made a bit of noise.

Spacious room, ample street parking available, not too big a walk to city and surrounds. Loved the kitchen space on each floor. All staff were lovely to deal with. I would definitely stay here again.

The lack of toiletries in the shower like toothbrush and toothpaste and also room slippers could have been given free. Room was good but may need a general clean as some dust we saw in the lampshades.

I like that the property is just near everything like Chinatown, Victoria Square, Rundle Mall. You just have to walk around the CBD. We also like how friendly the staff were. We celebrated my son's birthday in this hotel too.

Only small things annoyed us: no one told us we had to ask to have our towels changed, no teaspoons, the tea bags weren't replenished.

The breakfast included at a nearby cafe was delicious. The hotel was about a 20 minute walk to the Heritage Precinct and closer to the free bus.

Located in a quiet part of the CBD, so there weren't a lot of options for nearby cafes or restaurants. And also, the ac/heater temp in the room can't be adjusted

Bathroom getting a little dated and tired looking.

Beautiful entrance and building. Reception staff extremely well dressed and pleasant. Room was lovely. Bed comfortable.
