one of the front doors didnt have a curtain so you could see straight could only have one bath as there wasnt enough hot water for a second

This isn't a complaint, but some instructions for some amenities would probably be useful.

Wonderful central location. Approachable and responsive hosts. Clean, tidy house with all the amenities required. Loved waking to seeing the kangaroos and sunrise. Very easy to find and in a good location for other activities around.

The master room door needs thicker curtain One of the toilet seat cover was not properly installed There were items left in the drawers, most likely from previous occupants

The environment is very quiet and serene. Rooms are very spacious Host very approachable

The welcome email was not sent. Breakfast was not provided, only facilities for tea and coffee-making. The house had a rather unfinished feel and one towel rail fell off the bathroom wall.

The location was excellent. We loved the wildlife. We also really enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and the verandah areas.

The property needs a little love outside, as some lights were not working & the verandah rope/ guard rail needs attention from a safety point of view.

It was clean, well equipped & very Private. Loved that it had Wfi, as well as Foxtel. There was a bottle of wine which was welcoming.

A bigger bed would have made the stay perfect.

It’s very quiet and private and has everything you need all in one spot - all kitchen, bathroom & laundry facilities. There is also a BBQ on the back deck. The wildlife was amazing! there were kangaroos daily and we woke one morning to an emu and it’s chicks. Its around 10 minutes to town and the Grampians and just down the road from the Zoo. We would definitely stay here again. It would be a great spot for a romantic getaway with the spa bath and fireplace. There was even a bottle of wine sitting on the table for when we arrived, which I thought was a nice touch. Internet signal and wifi was good. There was also foxtel. There is parking right beside the cottage. It was clean throughout and the water pressure was good. The owner was helpful and responsive.

The beds need a little upgrade for comfort (main bedroom and single beds).

It was a nice family home. Very comfortable, spacious and warm. In a quiet location with beautiful and unimpeded views. And only 10 minutes from Halls Gap. Host was accessible and responsive. Great communication.

We were happy with everything. Although it is a fair way out of town we knew that and it was worth the travel.

Well appointed, wood fire, native life , scenery and lots of windows and light. A real bush retreat. Even a nice coffee machine!

It was absolutely perfect, although I did not know how to use the coffee machine....

The privacy, the wildlife, the spa overlooking the beautiful outside surroundings, being able to watch the fireplace from the bed and the bottle of wine on arrival :)

Very close to HALLS GAP township The owner made sure he was available to help us with questions. As it was hubby's 50th the owner left us a bottle wine which was a nice surprise. Beautiful layout of cottage easy to use appliances. Kangaroos everywhere, birds. The moon was amazing as it was full display. No city lights to be seen!
