Spacious well equipped apartment with lovely ocean and beach view. The gardens and pool are were beautiful and soothing. Walking distance to restaurants and parks. Comfortable space for 2 couples. Full size dining area inside and another out on the deck.

They could be a bit cleaner e.g. under the beds and in the corners and crevices of the living room and kitchen. I would like the reception to be open to set hours so we could access the tennis equipment when we wanted it.

The location was great. Beautiful sunset views The pool and tennis courts were great to have available. The rooms were spacious.

The apartment could have done with a little bit of a makeover. The undercover car park was too small for larger cars. Had to park in visitors space, which was fine as it was still on the property of the apartment. The ensuite was a bit of a squeeze, but overall you weren't sleeping in there.

Perfect location, close to everything. The apartment was a good size with a beautiful sea breeze blowing in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that you could think of.

We have stayed at Mariners North before. The apartments are spacious, beds comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Great views across the water front to Magnetic Island. Helpful and friendly staff.

Apartment needs a re-vamp. Linen not in the best condition. Kitchen is outdated and lacking. It would be must better if it was stocked with more plates, glasses, cutlery etc so that you didn't have to constantly do dishes. Things like table runner and cushion covers were stained and need washing or replacement. These trivial things would really lift the apartment.

Perfect location on the ground floor overlooking the tennis court and beyond that, the ocean. Close to the ferry for Magnetic Island and close to lots of restaurants, The Strand etc. We enjoyed using the tennis court and pool. Lovely sunsets over the ocean and the sunrise over Castle Hill. Beds were comfortable and good showers. Laundry was easy to use.

The steps to the third floor were a lot but we were giving warning about this prior to book so it was expected.

Our apartment was beautiful & huge! So much space! The view was fantastic! Location was great, short walk to the strand & kids waterpark. The kids loved the spa & pool! Staff were friendly & accommodating!

Internet Speed: While Wi-Fi is available, the connection speed was below expectations. Useless for streaming or video conferences. This was the main reason we could not give the accommodation a maximum rating. Improving the internet would significantly enhance the overall guest experience, particularly for those who need reliable access for work, streaming, weather updates, maps, communications, or even just planning the next day’s activities. The Wi-Fi was by far one of the worst we've experienced during our on going 60-day trip through Australia. While the kitchen is well equipped, a proper coffee machine was missing – something we would expect at this level of accommodation.

Breathtaking Sea View: The view over the Coral Sea and The Strand is truly stunning – one of the most memorable of our entire trip. Whether from the balcony or the grounds, the scenery is picture-perfect. Excellent Location: Right on The Strand, close to cafés, restaurants, and the Magnetic Island ferry terminal – perfect for exploring Townsville on foot. Spacious, Well-Equipped Apartment: Large 2 bedroom unit with full kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry facilities, and balconies – ideal for longer stays. Resort-Style Facilities: Saltwater pool, tennis court, spa, barbecue area, and beautifully maintained gardens add great value to the stay. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it had everything we needed. Very spacious with a beautiful view of the Strand. Tennis court was a lot of fun. Pool looked good but a bit cold to go in . We are looking forward to coming back in the warmer months to make use of it. Reception was fabulous...very friendly and accommodating. Location is fantastic. Can't wait to head back to Townsville in the future and staying here again. Thank you for making it a great weekend
