You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaUnfortunately there was a terrible smell that was in the room. Very overpowering, especially when re-entering the room each time. Facilities were average. Washing machine didn't work. I started washing and the machine through up an error. I had to them remove my clothes from a machine full of water and just wring them out. Outside areas were also very untidy. I feel a revamp of the rooms and outsides areas are really needed.

AustraliaWe booked a balcony room and ended up getting the ground floor unit which happens a lot when using booking.com No staff After 3 phone calls and nearly 40minutes to finally get ahold of someone to then give us the code for the key box. No message or email to let us know. 2 other guests also had the same problem and took over an hour to check in. The unit is old and dilapidated. Crumbling concrete pillars inside the unit. No gutters on outside as it's rusted away. Sliding glass door literally come apart from the frame and the glass. No privacy.
