Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The apartments are a little dated and some of the things in the apartment did not work effectively. In both of the apartments we stayed in, the back sliding doors were difficult and noisy to close and some of the taps did not work effectively. Apart from that, the apartments are good value and quite comfortable.
The property is in a good location, clean and well presented. The staff at Moonlight Bay Suites were very helpful and it was good to be able to use the facilities there. The apartments have all of the facilities required and were generally comfortable.

Location was excellent although opposite Matso’s Brewery which was great for dining, the apartment was quiet, with spacious lawns and pool.

Check in is at Moonlight Bay Suites reception. While not far to walk, it's far when you have luggage and no response was received to my request for assistance
Location opposite Matso's, apartment size was good, clean and with everything you needed including shared laundry on site. A breakfast pack can be purchased which was good.

Side gate access could have done with a path or a few stepping stones between the footpath and the gate.
Across the road from Matso's, 15 min walk to Chinatown; same to Town Beach; ground floor apartment; close to pool; nice grassy outlook front and back

The lights outside staying on all night.
The Bayside was close to everything. The apartment was spacious and excellent value. I loved the pool.

Signage at the apartment was difficult to see at night (in pouring rain) and we had to pick up the keys from a location several hundred metres away. Taxi driver didn't know this.

A couple of taps in the bathroom needed to be turned off very firmly or dripped. There was an outside light on all night, not able to be blocked by blinds.
Great location. The rooms had a seventies Vibe, lots of exposed brick and brown cupboards. Very clean, comfy beds, hairdryer, iron and board and free washing machines. A 15 minute walk to shopping at Coles. Near bus route for Broome bus, staircase to the moon etc. would stay again.

There is no reception desk, you have to walk 5 minutes to Moonlight Bay suites to check in....but was not a problem as reception staff were efficient...
Was in walking distance to CBD Broome...great hotel across the road for food and drink which is owned by the same people who own the motel...free laundry facilities and laundry powder....short walking distance to view "Stairway to the Moon"...secure with a key and code to enter the grounds....can leave excess luggage for free in their storage room when we were on a tour for 2 weeks.
