Dinner on the first night we had to ask for cutlery and crockery. The 3 cheese platter the cheese were all very strong and similar not meeting individual choices. Staff were a little off hand.

All of the staff were very welcoming. We appreciated the room upgrade on arrival and the extra touches such as the welcome drink. The property is beautiful and had a warm and friendly feel. We dined in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and enjoyed both meals.

More fruit available, preferably cut. Sourdough toast too thin so toasted it can't be cut as knives not serated enough let alone my teeth :( Maybe thicker slices needed so toasting not so brittle. Same with streaky bacon - very greesy and need sharper knife to cut.

I honestly couldn't fault a thing. Maybe a small dishwash sponge would've been useful for washing up crockery and cutlery in the kitchenette sink, but we managed fine using the wash cloth.

The grounds are STUNNING and so walkable. The room we stayed in was so spacious, private and extremely clean. We loved that there were so many varieties of tea leaves, sparkling tea and sparkling water included in the room. The amenities in the rooms were excellent. We especially loved the gas fireplace, the huge rain shower, double basin, extra fan heating in the bathroom, comfortable bed, and large balcony. We also liked the variety of lighting options in the room, including useful bedside lamps. Love that breakfast was included every morning too. Staff were very friendly!

We had a great time at Bells at Killcare. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The room had its own fireplace as well. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The garden is very well maintained. The breakfast was great. We had a wonderful time and we will visit them again.

Problems with Aircon. Bathroom floor heating didn’t work. Limited availability for SPA. Not much to do around so wouldn’t stay longer than two days.

SPA was fantastic! Great food. Nice facilities. Lovely huge bathtub. Nice fire place. Nice for a relaxing weekend.

The food at the restaurant was good but didn't exceed my expectations as much as the rest of my stay. But the staff were great, as was the wine, just wasn't as great as I was hoping given the price.

The grounds were incredible, well maintained and the running water throughout was so calming. The bathroom was lovely and the staff were amazing.

Could be a few more signs from the main road to make finding the hotel easier.

Breakfast was abundant, great yogart, friendly staff quick to serve. Location was not far to get to, surroundings were artistic and the gardens beautiful and so close by car to scenic places and beaches.

TV and system is pretty dated. Also I was expecting to have a big buffet breakfast in the morning but it was an a lar carte menu which was not too bad.

It’s a pocket paradise with a touch of Eastern European vibe. Each villa has its own privacy which I loved. The room and bed is very comfortable. All and all, it’s immaculate stay!

The suite was comfortable and well appointed. We were impressed with the free gift which included the wine, chocolate, and nuts. The grounds were beautiful and obviously kept do well. The breakfast was a highlight. Generous servings and delicious. And I enjoyed the coffee , one after the other! Very polite and friendly staff too.

Zero complaints about anything.

We loved everything. Our stay was completely wonderful. The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful all of the time. All of the food was delicious (and breakfast was included). Spa was divine. Our villa was beautiful and perfectly equipped. The grounds were stunning.
